William the manager from this location is totally rude i asked to help with mi payment he ignore me and was rude by saying please move foward your ffod is ready on the next window instead of helping me he wanted me to get out of there as quickly as he could mcdonalds u guys know the importance of customer service

For about a week now I have been trying to come in to McDonalds but Everytime I show up after work the doors are closed. The sign says they close the doors ten at night but tell me why it's 8:40 and the doors are locked. This is the 4th time I came this early and they have closed early. This is bull. I can see them just standing around not doing nothing. Talk about being lazy. The other day I showed up at 8:20 and they were closed.

The toilets were closed, you had to ask for the key to enter. They were also dirty, they needed too much cleaning.

Today I asked for a caramel frappe my response was "we're not going to do that right now" wasnt the Machine is Down or we are out of this or That but "WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO THAT RIGHT NOW" This use to be one of the Best Mcd 2 years ago what Happened. ????

No lights on in parking lot could not see to make turn after ordering even the Mc Donald's sign was off the kid at drive through was embarrassed by how the store handled its nite time business he kept apologizing for the darkness and was trying to make excuses for the management. This was well after 9.pm lights should have been on.

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for 3 hot n spicy chicken sandwiches. This is what we got.. dried out, not fresh and not made correctly.. hard as a brick. When confronted, basically said we were lying. They did ask if we wanted it remade only after they saw our discontent. I will NOT return to this location.
