Tried giving it another try in the drive through. Wait time was horrible. Will not be back.
Cold and uninviting. Sticky floors. Mobile order took forever to get. Employees were nice and working hard. Better than the one on craycraft though.

We just ordered on the App- I received confirmation of my order in my email. I sent my husband to do a curbside pickup. The app did not allow us to check in. I called this location and spoke to the Manager Luis. He asked to have my husband get down and show hom the confirmation. He stared at the email confirmation, as if he didn't know what it was. Y husband explained that our card had been charged and showed him proof, along with my emailed receipt. Luis said there was nothing he could do. My husband then requested a full refund. Luis advised him to contact Corp. and it would take several weeks. My husband asked for the information. Luis walked away… and came back. He asked to see the receipt again… and studied it. As my husband stood there there were several people complaining of incorrect orders. We have tried to stat faithful to this location for the last 7 years…. We are now done.
