This was the first time at this McDonalds seeing how I was on this side of town for work. I ordered a Vanilla Cappuccino with Extra Vanilla. I asked the Manager if this had extra vanilla. He assured me it did. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! I had to throw it when I got to work. Waste of money. YUCK!

The people and workers work very hard. McDonald’s systems have failed them. I’ve never seen over 20 cars in line waiting for food. I got out and went inside and although no one bothered to help I could see the workers trying their best not talk and laughing and not complaining but just working. I left without ever getting the food I paid for.

Sometimes fries are a bit stale tasting or taste like they've been sitting for a while you know you can tell when you receive hot fries but soggy. Blah!!! Now I see why wifey orders French fries w/o salt for the kiddos!Kid-friendliness: Slide and playground for the kids

Ordered online and had a free mc chicken with my order. Went through the drive through, I was shorted my rewards mc chicken and when called about it, I was immediately shut down and accused of lying.. when I order something I expect the employees to be professionals and act with integrity.. at this McDonald's, it wasn't the case. Be better
