I ordered food from here through Uber eats mind you. When I receive my order I’m missing my fries with my meals. One of my drinks and an entire meal itself. I paid around $50 for all of it. I go to complain to Uber Eats about it said they are unable to refund. I try to call the store no one answers. This has happened whenever you order from this store. Should it be drive thru, delivery, or eating there. It’s ridiculous. We pay for service and food and yes expect to be given what we pay for. Not to be missing things and nothing being done about it. Now you’re just playing with our money.

I went through the drive thru on Saturday around 5p.m. Ordered a Happy Meal for my granddaughter. To our surprise when we opened the box there were no fries and no chicken nuggets! Only had a pack of sliced apples. So if you go to this McDonald's look at your order to make sure your order is in the box or bag!

Every single time I come here their ice cream machine is being cleaned. I get having a clean machine but there is no way in hell that it is being cleaned at all hours of the day all night all day all the time. Not to mention you get stuck in their damn line for 25 minutes even when you don't order anything because there's no way to exit

What is wrong with the people at the drive thru?? You ask for black coffee with creamers on the side...she says there is already cream in coffee. My fault for not checking...no cream!! Ask for salt, bag is already open...no salt. And the FF's usually have too much salt. Ask for Unsweetened tea, just about every time it's sweet tea. ............ Teach these people to listen to what we order.

Horrible late night customer service. Working overnights, we already have limited places to eat. We were able to place our order on the app, drove all the way to get it and they told me that they are transitioning to breakfast. Their app says they do dinner until 4:59am and we were in the drive through at 3:50 on Feb 13 (in case management wants to see who was working)

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I’m just so annoyed since it’s not even cheap to eat there anymore. Just left the store on 22nd. Not only was I in drive thru for 20 minutes but when I received my food, my fries were cold and I was missing a sandwich. I didn’t want the rest of the foo to get cold trying to wait for them to fix it, so I just left. The service there is just getting worse. Super disappointed but I guess that’s what I get for getting “fast food” in the first place.

I did a mobile online order pickup and I waited 20 minutes just for them to miss a 10 piece from my 20 nugget. Had a crying baby with me waiting in car and had to get down with my baby to get the 10 piece nugget. & for the Quarter Pounder to be burnt and fries cold. I am very disappointed.
