For the second time in two months upon paying I was told to pull around to wait for my order in front by the doors and then I was forgotten! Both incidences I had to go and ask for my order. Mr. Dias you may want to check on your 22nd and Kolb store.

I can raise the cow, butcher it, prepare the meat , get it inspected by the USDA, cook it and make the food quicker than it is to get any service or any of my order. While waiting for my order I saw a order of a single Soda take 15 minutes to get completed.

It's close to my job, always fast at the drive thru, I have never had to pull up after the windows to wait out front or wver seen anyone wait out front. Thanks to the a great crew working so well together. This location is in my Top locations for lunch . Again Thanks for your hard work getting these order out so quick and accurate.

There was a guy selling pills / drugs to several shady characters inside the restaurant in a booth by the children's play area. One of the shady characters wearing a black hoodie parked his large bicycle inside the restaurant next to the door entrance, making it difficult to walk by, especially since I'm handicap. Some lady parked in the handicap space and ate her McDonald's food while I had to park away from the entrance area. Then when I was in the bathroom (the large handicap one) some homeless women kept knocking on the door and making weird noises. MANAGEMENT needs to do something about these issues.
