i had a horrible experience with the drive thru manager he was a large man with a pony tale not sure his name. I was informed that there ice cream machine was down- I live down the street and i’ve gone at different times and days and it’s ALWAYS “down” I asked to speak to a manager and this guy comes out and said “that’s actually not a true statement at all and that it’s always working and that the left side is broken” he proceeded to slam the window and yell have a great day. ew this is definitely “i’m a loser and my job at mcdonald’s stresses me out too much” but every time i come i have this issue. I will escalate as much as I can just due to the rude employees. The ice cream machine isn’t down it’s just lazy people that don’t want to clean it lmao

We had lunch here today, and we're very satisfied with the food and the customer service, this particular staff were helpful and attentive to our special requests. The restaurant seemed clean, as we're the restrooms, at least this visit. So. I'LL give them a four-star rating. Past visits have not been very good, there's a lot of inconsistencies in service.

They’re trying to lie to me and said it was Molly and then someone else said it was sad and it turned out. Her name is actually destiny so beware for the morning crew. They are brutal mean and said horrible things to me.

There is a drive thru older lady plain doesnt wear make up that is so rude I wish I new her name . I hate when she is working they need to not put her at the drive thru she has no customer service at all we had a hair in our French fries and she thought it was funny that is nasty she is the only lady that is rude need to teach her some customer service or keep her in back where no one sees her that's how rude she is lady treat people how you want to be treated

Food used to be great. Now i feel like the big mac uses the kids meal patties for the burgers. Too pricey for the amount of food you get now. On top of utvthe employees are not what they used to be. Now to avoid being dinged on their slow pace they have you move forward or park somewhere else so that they can pretend to corporate that they are fast paced and that they take care of an order in a quick manner. But insted you have to sit and wait for them to bring out your food and always forget that you asked for ketchup or ranch so you have to walk inside to get it your self or wait another 5 minutes for them to bring it outside.

Lazy and unprofessional! Restaurant isn’t supposed to close until 1am Friday and Saturday. Got there at 12:30, 30 minutes before closing still enough time, no one answered on drive thru drive around to the front of the store I could see a guy standing behind racks hiding. 👎 if you don’t want to work QUIT so someone else that does want to work and needs a job can take it!
