Food used to be great. Now i feel like the big mac uses the kids meal patties for the burgers. Too pricey for the amount of food you get now. On top of utvthe employees are not what they used to be. Now to avoid being dinged on their slow pace they have you move forward or park somewhere else so that they can pretend to corporate that they are fast paced and that they take care of an order in a quick manner. But insted you have to sit and wait for them to bring out your food and always forget that you asked for ketchup or ranch so you have to walk inside to get it your self or wait another 5 minutes for them to bring it outside.

Lazy and unprofessional! Restaurant isn’t supposed to close until 1am Friday and Saturday. Got there at 12:30, 30 minutes before closing still enough time, no one answered on drive thru drive around to the front of the store I could see a guy standing behind racks hiding. 👎 if you don’t want to work QUIT so someone else that does want to work and needs a job can take it!

We were in the Drive through and we ordered. When we stopped at the window that says Pay Here, there was a girl there totally ignoring us. My husband wanted to go on because he said it wasn't where you pay. He thought that because the girl wouldn't even look at us. Finally she opened the window and held out her hand to get the money. No excuse for ignoring us. She didn't even give us a total. It was $4.01. We got $15.99 back from our $20. Had we been given a total we would've gladly given her the penny to get $16 back. You need to put employees that are awake and nice not girls like her.

Took my family there after one of our outings and we had a great time. Gabby was amazing with serving and customer service. She had a wonderful attitude with great service! I know the location isn't the best as there were transients there as well, but overall it good experience.

Order food at kiosk, waited 15 min before asking about my meal. At that point I had been given the kids happy meal that had been sitting. Was told was waiting on my special chicken big mac sandwich which had extra pickles. Stood and waited as 2 chicken chicken big mac sandwiches went out. When I got mine it was cold fries cold disappointed in my meal. My wife took her cold meal back. I didn't want to wait so I bared with a cold meal. And the extra pickles, that made it special ,... I got 2 ?? new chicken big mac was nasty. All the tables were dirty. Is this really a McDonald's restaurant.??? Safe to say I'll won't come to this location ever again ??? (marketplace)

Edward is Awesome! The kiosk did not print a receipt. I asked an employee to print one, and they had to ask for help because they were new, and then the person helping them had to also ask. Edward seems to be the expert in all things here, and he is Super nice. He was nice to my little kids as soon as we entered the restaurant. This isn't the 1st time we've been here, and the several times we have been here, Edward has gone above and beyond what I've ever experienced at ANY restaurant ANYWHERE. If I were in a hiring position, I would definitely hire this guy! I will definitely be back to this location whenever I have my kids. As a single father, I am often stressed and overwhelmed. I resort to McDonald's more often than I should. I don't know if Edward just notices I'm stressed each time, or if he's honestly like this ALL the time; either way I VERY MUCH appreciate his friendly service, help with my kids, and apparent expertise as to all things with this establishment. Thank you, Edward.
