I was here today 11/6/25 9:25 am , order my breakfast sat and waited for my order , when the attendant came to leave it I said do you have a spoon to stir the coffee? She said if you want one come and get at the counter!!!!!! Wow customer service non existence!!! Come and get it !!!! I will never came back!!!!

Worst customer service ever to the drive-thru The girl at the first window had an attitude from hell when I asked her to break down it the bill and she basically treated me like I could just go to hell not right at any customer service form and made me wait 10 minutes just to get my food for a lady that look like she was just completely rude handing it to me and goes here whatever

This McDonalds feels very impersonal. The workers don't even acknowledge you, and when they do help you, they act as if they're not getting paid to do their job. They're in a bad mood. It makes you wonder if they do anything to your food. That's why I'm not coming back again.

It’s one o’clock in the morning for me right now and let me just say, I just the worst shits in my life, like truly life changing diarrhea, I just got food poisoning from eating the most mid chicken nuggets ever, I don’t know what their heath and sanitation standards are but they really dropped the ball on this one.

There are numerous flies inside this McDonald's. Also, the soda and ice machine is inside the kitchen, which means there are no soda or ice refills at this restaurant. I don't recommend this place at all.

Has terrible customer service the wannabe manager Yesenia yells at customers in front of other customers is rude and insults them with profanity and then when you ask for the manager they tell you that she's on break when we already know she's the manager when you ask for the higher manager they refuse to give you information and then they have other staff like Lily acting as manager and then she will also talk over you and start profanity also these young generation have no clue of customer service McDonald's on Irvington Spectrum need to really know who they're hiring..
