They aren't necessarily the worst but aren't the best in terms of customer service and that's as far as McDonald's goes. They weren't awful but there was one point I was there eating my food on the side of the restaurant behind where the servers at the cash registers are and I just kept getting the sense of being looked at multiple times slowly and things being said in Spanish about me because perhaps I was taking a bit too long to enjoy my meal before I decided to head back after I had done some shopping at Target but I definitely felt an awkward vibe in there that I can't explain and would be premature convention and odd vibe of seeming racism that I felt. I also must add that there are a multitude of Spanish phrases and terminology that I quickly remember and reference due to my partner speaking fluent Spanish. I could be wrong but I find that doubtful. Very disappointing

We ordered the quarter pounders and they gave us them chicken nug nugs did us dirty no cap, didn't realize until we got home. The man at the first window already had us mixed up had to correct him oh well ❤️

I ordered two little items off the menu and went to wait for my order; I haven't heard my number for 10 minutes on small order. When I waited at the counter area, I saw a few bags on there, not knowing if it's mine or not. The female employees who took my order looked at me and said nothing; assuming my order was still not done. A few more minutes passed, and still no order call. This time, I asked an employee, and he pointed at the bag that I thought it wasn't mine because the female employee didn't say anything or let me know that my order is done for the whole 15 minutes of waiting. By the time I started eating, everything in my order was cold.

Horrible service!!!!! Charged me $ .75 for Big Mac sauce. They always charge more for adding stuff on, but they don't charge less when u take stuff off!? They always ask me if I want to round up, well maybe they can round down and give that change to the charity... And since when did I start working for Mc. Donald's. I gotta take my own order and ring myself up...? Will they let me cook it next and fix my burger myself... I can see it now," Mc. Donald's self service restaurant!"
