Des (lady running the drive thru window handing out food) was severely rude. Pretty much shoved my food at me and then proceeded to tell me I had everything except I was missing drinks. When I told her I was missing drinks she had a bigger attitude. I will not be returning to this location nor do i recommend it

Ordered a large fry for pickup thought it was going to be quick but instead it took 30 minutes and I had to leave since my lunch time was over. I don't recommend this spot since they are always in the back hitting blinkers

Asked for Big Macs to have no sauce for allergy related crap and of course these guys park me and still give me burgers with sauce. Sucks. I’m out $18 I’m out a dinner and my patience is getting dangerously low.

As I'm sitting here in the lobby . I noticed the employees behind the counter laughing as they were looking at me. Why would I ever come here again yeah the food was good but if I can help I will not come back. Now I hope the laugh was worth it.

THE FOOD IS GOOD THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS SOOOOOO SLOW & THEY ALWAYS FORGET ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER! LITERALLY ALWAYS. AND IN THE MORNING THERE'S A SKINNY OLDER MAN THAT WEARS A VEST AND A BASEBALL CAP AND ALTHOUGH HE CAN BE POLITE, HE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS AND HE RUNS AROUND VERY VERY FRANTIC! HE'S NOT YELLING TO BE RUDE BUT U CAN TELL HE'S OVERWHELMED WITH HOW BUSY IT GETS. HE NEEDS TO LEARN TO MOVE QUICKLY WITHOUT FREAKING OUT BECAUSE HE'S TAKING IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS. Stopped in to get a mcflurry and they didn't stir it up and they only filled it ~25%. I'd have ordered the mini mcflurry if I only wanted 3 spoonfuls! Terrible value for a mcflurry that costs $5.74 now. Also the phone number on the reciept to provide feedback is disconnected so that shows how much this location cares

Ridiculous. They can't keep up with drive thru orders, have room for 3 cars to wait and have people sitting for 20 minutes waiting for their food while others can't even get in to place an order. Hey Corporate they need more staff at this location.. desperately! Update.. the food was wrong when it finally came. The manager was very nice about replacing everything and refunding the cost but by that point I was late for work and not in the mood to be anything but fed up and probably rude. Sorry Ms Manager, that's not usually me.
