The manager Micheal was super rude not only to me but to his employee that was trying to help me and find out was the issue with my order. No Customer service just plain rude. I myself as a manager and he did not handle that adequately. He was the night manager last night hopefully I got his name right.

The manager is Not too smart over there.. I ordered 2 Mc Griddles with no cheese and no egg N she wanted to charge me $10 instead of $5 because I didn't want cheese and egg 😳I don't get it!!🤔.. I even asked her and she said she had to charge me more because I didn't want cheese and egg.. 😂 lol She really needs to be trained again!!!!.. I don't know y she would be a manager if she's losing money for their company..

Speakers at drive thru very garbled. Hard to understand person taking order. Waited for awhile at window for order and young woman finally opens the window only to apologize and say she was supposed to tell me to go around and wait. Ordered a fish sandwich and the bun was tough (probably stale) and the miniscule piece of cheese had only a tiny piece actually on the sandwich. The rest was hanging outside. Hadn't been to this McD's in awhile and it will be quite some time before I give them another try.

Gary made my drive through experience enjoyable as he quickly processed my order and met me at the waiting area very shortly after my arrival. The double cheeseburger was hot and delicious and the fries crispy with perfect amount of salt. Thanks for a great snack.

Disappointingly inept staff at drive through. Waited in one line while 9 cars passed the other. Food came out quick, accurate and fresh though.
Hands down the absolute best iced tea of any fast food chain. I'm highly addicted to a daily visit. Always cold and strong.
Unfortunately l refuse to eat what they refer to as food at this establishment.
The girl who took my order and payment at the drive thru was extremely personable and exceptionally professional and proved a sincere pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately the employee at the second window who handed me the tea clearly demonstrated she hated her job, her miserable life and my presence on planet Earth.
Please try to do better!

Waited over ONE HOUR FOR A medium fry and drink. No apologies or reimbursement. We could not leave and were blocked in once we were in the drive through. Not even kidding one hour. I would never recommend coming to this drive through. I have never in my life waited so long for fast food.
