I had another really bad experience at this McDonald’s today. I went through the drive-thru, and they charged me for the wrong order. I had to park, go inside, and ask for the correction, but the employee helping me was completely rude about it. I even asked for two extra sauces for the inconvenience, which they could have easily given for free, but instead, she charged me.
On top of that, one of the workers had her shirt tied up from the back and was on her phone while near the food area — that’s just unsanitary. There were also people gagging in the food prep area, which was honestly concerning to see.
What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this same location. On September 27, my order was messed up again. I remember that day clearly because it was my brother’s funeral, and I was just trying to grab coffee for my family. Thankfully, a manager fixed it that day, but the fact that it keeps happening shows the same problems are still going on.
This location really needs better management, cleaner practices, and friendlier customer service. It’s disappointing to keep having negative experiences here

Worst mcdonald's I've ever been to, and I grew up in Chicago. I went there on lunch break from work to use the restroom and get lunch. There was no TP in the stall so I was stuck digging out used snot rags to wipe with. That's nasty. I went to the counter to talk to someone and place my order and I stood there for at least 10 minutes getting dirty looks from the staff behind the counter. I eventually left, still unable to speak to anyone so I called as i went back to work. Once someone finally answered the phone I explained what happened and was told that the restroom was for customers only so it was my own fault. I'm sorry my work clothes don't meet your mcstandards but I work outside in the hot Arizona sun. Now I'm stuck going home to shower and losing out on the rest of the days pay. I'm contacting someone about this. It was humiliating and disgusting.

The hours posted say the lobby should still be open at that time, so it was disappointing and confusing. If the hours have changed, they should be updated so customers know what to expect.

Two workers denied the entrance saying the lobby was closed but it was barely 9pm on a Wednesday and the schedule online says 11pm. So disappointing the lack of professionalism from their workers and they actually stayed on the entrance doorstep chatting.

I am a fan of McDonald’s but this is genuinely the worst I have had, possibly ever. Fry’s tasted like they were dropped on the floor, hot and spicy McChicken was wet and could only taste the lettuce, even the chicken nuggets tased horrible (I don’t know how you mess up chicken nuggets). Dr Pepper shown in photo, had almost no flavor and is very clearly the wrong color which didn’t stop them from handing it to me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
