Food was good. Child play area was good for the munchkin. Beware the homeless outside coming up to your car as you park asking for money. From the kids play area we watched 3 of them get into a physical fight. I assume it was over turf. None of the workers tried to shoo them out of the parking lot.

Bad service, and manager has disgusting attitude too. Placed mobile order and she claimed it was not paid for, there is no way you can place a mobile order without paying, showed bank transaction and still didn’t give me our food! Acted like I was trying to get it free!! Now I have to report as fraudulent transaction and go through all that inconvenience!

Went thru drive thru and always seem to have issues here. I even tried calling and no answer I didn’t get my complete order. How hard is it to add to a bag of what’s on a screen for an order? I’m done with Mc Donald’s this is frustrating

Went through drive and dealt with nothing but unprofessional employees. I ordered for two people and we were met with the most unprofessional female child running the drive thru. Had nothing but issues and definitely felt racial motivation. It's not the first time I've had issue with this location but it definitely is the last time. Also the manager needs to learn how to be professional and not roll her neck or eyes when speaking to customers. She definitely needs to be put in her place along with the staff.

THEY NEVER HAVE STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES AND WHEN YOU GO THOUGH THE DRIVE THEY SAY THE HAVE IT THEN AT THE WINDOW ONLY HAVE CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA PLEASE TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF YOU HAVEN'T HAD IT IT'S BEEN A YEAR OR TWO THAT I'VE GONE AND EVERYTIME, NOTHING IT'S TO JUST MEAN AT THIS
Always and issue with this location. Took cold, greasy frys back in to get fresh...and still walked out with warm at best kids fry. We had a drive to our destination. As a Resteraunt Operations Partner....quality over speed pulls in the people.

The people are rude. We had an online order that was paid for that someone asked for me to pick up. I had the receipt and they would not give me the food. Would that be enough to show that I’m picking up the food up for someone 15 minutes away. They said they have to come get their food. What an inconvenience they caused. U guys suck. I will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again. U lost a customer.

Service is slow. Wait times are very long here compared to other locations. Had to ask multiple times for ketchup- what happened to having ketchup pumps next to the drink fountain? Employees don’t seem to be keeping up with cleaning the tables. At least the food came out hot, and the tvs had the NFL games on.
