Do not recommend always using the app because it sometimes freezes and removes your order completely, and we waited a long time for our food at the curbside, and they said it's was not in their system

The breakfast steak biscuit was the worst tasting steak I have ever experienced. I ordered two, and both were so bad I had to spit the first bite out. What a waste for a $13 breakfast 🙄 😕

Service thur drive super Slow...Owner should visit store at 29th and 6th.. see operation there...fast and no mix up on food orders..people here not happy went u only have half hr and spend it in line...way 2 Slow...big time...

Nice McDonalds location. It is modern and very clean.
My only gripe is the stupid order kiosks they have. I am a tech junkie, but I still hate using those machines to order vs ordering from a human. I'm not sure why they consider these an upgrade. I would recommend ordering ahead on the app, or trying to order from a staff member if you can catch one, than playing 20 questions with the stupid order kiosks.

Normally I don't do reviews, and I would've done this directly through the survey... if I was given, or even offered, my receipt. Now I wish I asked for it.
Normally, solid service times and food quality. Today, however, I wanted something to quickly snack on, I got fries and some nuggets with ketchup. I got the drink and fries, as well as the nuggets, but no ketchup, despite selecting it - and yes, I double checked my digital receipt, it's definitely selected. My main issue was the quality of the nuggets. It's like they were sitting out well after the ideal time window that they should be served. Didn't seem like they were edible after simply biting into them, very disappointing.
A surprising waste of money considering that this location is normally solid from my experience.

The wait time was terrible. I don't know if it was a staffing issue or what. They were parking cars in the drive- thru and never brining food. Cars parked ahead of me were going in to get their food. I ended up asking a staff member running food out to people not parked if they were bringing my order or if I needed to go in for it. They brought it out mins later.

I took my little one to this McDonald's today. Ordered premium hot chocolate & ice cream, fries and apple slices. This is the best McDonald's in Tucson by far. Clean with nice staff.

My local McDonald's location. I usually get my food through the drive through and the window employees are always cheerful and professional. When I do go inside the restaurant it's always been impeccably clean and neat.

McDonald's as a company has really lost its way from being an inexpensive, family-friendly chain of restaurants.
But they do still have a few deals in the app, and this particular location does a good job providing quick service and hot food.
