They prioritize the drive-thru and make people inside wait longer than they need to. I watched four people show up and get in the Drive-Thru after I had already made my order inside and leave. I waited for 20 minutes inside for a simple two cheeseburger meal. I don't know who trained these people but they're bad. Also, my receipt shows 2:18 for the order time. But on the receipt I got when I picked my order up it shows it was printed at 2:25. So where did all that time go?🤷 Did somebody else take my order and so I had to wait longer? Did one of your employees decide to eat my order?
If you're going to charge for sauce you need to actually give the sauce to people. it's absolutely insane that I paid a dollar for sauce and did not get any of it

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Tucson, service is terrible and employees are very rude. Food is incredibly inconsistent, French fries were stale, chicken was undercooked, and coke was flat. Avoid this location at all cost.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches inside the lobby at 9:47 AM. It is currently 10:06 AM as I write this review and I still have not received my food. Slowest McDonalds EVER

Do not recommend always using the app because it sometimes freezes and removes your order completely, and we waited a long time for our food at the curbside, and they said it's was not in their system

The breakfast steak biscuit was the worst tasting steak I have ever experienced. I ordered two, and both were so bad I had to spit the first bite out. What a waste for a $13 breakfast 🙄 😕

Service thur drive super Slow...Owner should visit store at 29th and 6th.. see operation there...fast and no mix up on food orders..people here not happy went u only have half hr and spend it in line...way 2 Slow...big time...
