Fries were soggy and cold when we got them. The service was horrible and they were very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed, especially after spending the amount that we did for the food and service we received.

I went on 03/08/2026 at 10:36 (24 minutes before closing time) and the energy was friendly with fresh food made for me. Couldn’t ask for more, fantastic service from who I believe was the manager!

I am so angry. I spent 34.00 and lost 1 drink and a fry from the big value meal pack smh. The packaging busted as I was taking it inside. Yall really need to do better bc its too thin and flimsy. And what is it with cold food? Food should be hot coming out to customers. I ask for it hot everytime now bc its been cold lately. Im so frustrated with McDonald's bc it seems lately every location is giving cold food. I hate cold food and it isnt good reheated most the time. I want it fresh and hot please. Sigh. I took pictures but it won't let me add them. Im so upset.

A short darker lady with short curly with grey streak of hair no teeth in the middle gives lots of attitude every time we come and gets our order wrong. She rolled her eyes at me and my little one when we asked for more ranch. I expect more from the staff here. Some younger lady’s talking about some personal things including bodily fluids completely disgusting me and my family while we were eating.

My Wife and I ordered the quarter pounder bundle from McDonald’s with two McChicken’s on the side come to find out when she ate a couple bites out of Her quarter pounder it was raw and when I looked to see my burger, it was also raw a little bit cooked, but still raw we tried calling the McDonald’s store. They told us there was nothing they can do about it unless we go and give them the food and we tried calling DoorDash, which is how we got our food delivered. They told us that we couldn’t do nothing because they didn’t have our credit card information so we’re stuck with no refund and having my wife that is pregnant hungry and with the upset stomach because she ate raw meat I have photos to prove it. This is just low for a billion dollar company to give a pregnant women raw meat and could not reimbursement whatsoever unless we go to the store and give them the food back. wow just wow

I have been patient with this McDonald's, going to them for almost a year since I've moved to Tucson. But today(Jan 2, 2026)is this the day the straw broke the camels' back.
I ordered a Mcdonald's McValue McDouble meal with 4 piece chicken nugget, coke with EXTRA ice and the fries through the drive thru. I even ordered it ahead of time with the app. My order was placed as I was driving into the McDonald's parking lot via the app at 11:40 a.m.
So let's recap.
1. Fries were soggy. -15 points
2. Nuggets were soggy and not crisp -15 points
3. My Coke did NOT have extra ice -20 points
4. The best part.....My McDouble came with no double, it was just a single hamburger instead of a McDouble. -50
And on top of that, I had to spend 12 minutes in the drive thru and ended up being late for work.
Not Culvers long...but seriously. You are McDonald's. You are FAST FOOD.
Who ever is the Franchisee needs to be stripped of their franchise. You suck. Do better. If you have to pay a $1 or $2 more per hour to get good help, fine I can accept that. But paying $15 an hour for this side show is awful, especially at lunch. I've NEVER had a fast experience at lunch or dinner at this McDonald's. EVER.
I should make note that if you order breakfast here, make sure you only order something with a Sausage or Canadian Bacon...cause otherwise you will be waiting 15 minutes for it to be cooked.
If you do that, you will be in and out in less then five minutes.

Check your order before leaving the drive thru, I was stuck at work with an order I didn't want. Shouldn't have to deal with an issue like this if the employees do their job correctly(mistakes happen i get it but as an employee you need to make sure it don't happen). Will forever now makes sure McDonald's hands me the correct food order even if it mean I gotta open the wrapper to makes sure McDonald's got my order correct.

Refused to take an order at 10:45pm because the “system was down”. Somehow they knew it wouldn’t come back before they closed.
