Every time I come through the drive-thru, I end up waiting over five minutes even when there are no cars ahead of me. If the staff isn’t busy taking orders, I don’t understand why customers are left waiting. I mentioned it to the younger girl at the window, and she just laughed it off, which felt unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the older Black lady working today was fast and clearly picking up her coworkers slack. You need more employees like her. It’s a shame the rest of the crew doesn’t match her work ethic.

Horrible service . Machines are breaking down half the time . When you make a mobile order you don’t Hve a physical receipt to show. Even showing and explaining what time and date still got nowhere personal whom I spoke with today was rude and unhelpful and reminded me why I dislike going to McDonald’s .

I go here 3 times a week here for breakfast for myself and my son and one morning I ordered the wrong breakfast and the manager was so quick and gracious to accommodate my mistake by adding my missing item with no hesitation. I'm usually in a rush to get to the meeting on time as well so for her to do that was extremely amazing of her and the crew they're always so fast and on point with everything the food is always so fresh this is by far the best McDonald's in town that we have!!!!!

They have the most amazing morning crew. Every morning they greet you with smiles and kindness. The food is always fresh. The gentleman at the drive through window make my mornings. They always start my day off right

I placed a regular online order. Drove up there got off my Car and stood in line, thinking it would be quicker. Another customer came in after me, and we both both stood there and counted them attending six drive-through orders before they even acknowledged us. After I was attended, I had to wait because my fries had just been put into the fryer when she noticed the order.
Went in to grab something to eat ordered and was told I had to pay with EBT in drive throw so your telling me if your homeless and on a hot meal program you should have a car.. make that make since I will be calling corporate.
