I went to 3 McDonald’s because my granddaughter discovered the Lil McDonald’s toys!
The food is not very good but we went on a treasure hunt in this blazing heat.
The Valencia/12th location were so nice. The location was clean & employees were so nice. They were willing to allow me to buy additional toy with my meal. There was a playground.
The Rita Ranch location was clean & employees were super friendly & willing to allow me to buy additional toy with my meal as well. They checked the bottom of the boxes for the toy number to make sure I didn’t buy a duplicate & told me how the toys were numbered from the poster. There was no playground & it was hot.
The Valencia/Cardinal was so not friendly & super hot inside. The girl at the counter was not nice & acted like I was bothering her. She said that she didn’t know anything it was her 1st day & she walked away! I walked away also & didn’t buy anything that was such an unpleasant encounter my grandchild had to witness.

The food was okay and the service was a bit slow. Ordered a double pounder with cheese for my son, and a free Happy Meal for my daughter using my points.

Ordered through Uber eats. Fries were hot! Chicken sandwich amazing. My mcflurry was awesome! They included all the condiments for my meal which so many places never do now. Great job!!

Grabbed 2 double cheeseburgers and a large black coffee to go. The sandwiches were good and the coffee was very fresh and tasty. I went in used the kiosk it takes a minute. Had to go to the counter ( was paying with cash. Seemed kinda like it was a waste of time.. next time It will be

Shout out to whoever was working today around 11am. I got curbside and the food came out fast and hot. But more importantly, they packed it in the bag very neatly. Not a single spilled fry, the sauces and napkins were on the side so that they didn't soak up the grease from the fries.

Nearly 80% of the time, they'll pick a side of the drive through to ignore. Too often I pull up first and have to wait for them to go through 2-5 cars in the other lane before getting to me.
The fountain drinks never taste right, not sure when the last time they properly cleaned their machines. 25% of the time I'm handed someone else's order, just as often something from mine is missing.

To the Dias Mgmt. Company, My name is Nicholas Magri, recently moved from San Diego. I wish to tell you of a disappointing story about how I went to your store last Tuesday (address 9130 E Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85747) and what ensued. I drove up to the drive-thru approximately at 23:55 hours and had asked the drive-thru operator if they had any "fresh" french fries made in the last 10-20 minutes. She sort of stumbled and and went back and forth to the night manager on duty and said they did indeed have "fresh" fries made in the "last five-ten minutes." On June 17 I only went out for this food as I know the fries are the only "real" food you can get can at any McD's. The problem is when I asked the girl at window #1 if they were indeed fresh dropped fries and she proceeded to respond "Yes, sir, I promise you!" Big mistake right there. Was a total lie (at five minutes to closing). Just tell me the truth and ask me to return next day with a fresh drop. Needless to say, I proceeded forward to window #2 for my "fresh fries" five minutes to closing, HA!, and was given a small fry by the manager and he just basically dumped the rest of the old, soggy fries on my order and I went on my way. Not only till after I had left and tried the fries, did I realize they were not fresh dropped fries in any way or form. I was so upset I tossed the whole bag out my window open leaving the premises. Fast forward two days later when I went to get my money back or something, or at least make right about the life of the McDonalds' franchise here. I walked into the store this time, and despite the overwhelming presence of self-serve kiosks, I asked for the manager on duty. He presented himself, and his name is Aiden. He listen to my story and about the "I promise you, sir" BS that had encountered two night ago... Aiden hooked me up with a fresh-made/dropped large fry and said can I give you your money back or do you want fries. - I didn't even really want a french fry at that late night hour , but Aiden, the night manager, did right in SO many ways. Please thank him and most deserved for a is a manager promotion. Aiden ended up giving me not only a large fries but also gave me my money back, since I had to drive all the way to Rita Ranch to make things right. So I guess the only lesson to be learned is got at least one hour before closure. Who cares if you have to do a basket of fresh fries for three minutes while I wait to move on to better destinations??
McDonald's isn't as good as it used to be. It was easy and quick and the food was ok. Now, the food is dry and messy. I had a big mac burger and it was a slippery mess that wasn't easy to eat.
Fries are never fresh anymore :-/
