They had one kiosk out of the four open in a lobby with more than 10 people. When I tried to pay cash for my order, it took them 10 mins just to get to me so I could pay. While the To-Go orders were cutting in front of each other. They had at least six workers that I saw that had no customer service experience. This was an awful experience and the worst one I've had at McDonalds. You should real be ashamed of this location.

Actually the slowest McDonalds on earth I think. They have you “pull forward” for the smallest order and it still takes like 10 minutes to come out. Last time I went they “cleared” my mobile order after I had been sitting there waiting for 15 minutes and then had to come out and take a picture of my receipt so they could re-ring it up. And then there were still things missing from my order.

Some customers were harassing and yelling at the crew, still got service with a smile after the employees were getting berated over the drink machine not working. Customers rude, employees were nice and chill tho. I was treating them kindly, and they were then being kind to me back, even got a free cookie for being nice and patient.
TLDR, don’t be an ass to the employees, don’t make their lives harder than it needs to be. Chances are if you’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to you

Been here dozens of times because its close to my house and not 1 time have I had a good experience takes 30 mins to get your food and its always wrong .

This McDonald’s is very unprofessional, employees always have headphones in and are always on their phones. Employees don’t use gloves well making food, food always comes out wrong. If you’re planning on coming here just know there very rude. They will have you standing and waiting for you’re food for 45 minutes. They never have nothing in stock. These people have been standing here for a long time and been waiting for there orders. They never have enough staff. Also very very very dirty. If you want a refill on you’re drink just know you’re gonna have to wait 10 minutes to get you’re drink refilled.

It took almost near 20 mins before we got the drinks and then food, drinks had no flavour just carbonated water, asked for new ones, new drinks same problem! The fries were warm with ZERO salt and the nuggets were cold, rubbery and tasted like plastic! Slow and bad service and to top it off the food and drinks were awful!

Okay the cooler not working right befor the summer is never a good thing! The play room had absolutely no cool air ! The soda machine was not operable! The staff and manger were very kind but seems stressed 😕
Love breakfast and the burgers have always been good in the evening, done perfectly and look good too , on Saturdays and Sunday evenings. Akways the drive thru so no atmosphere. But the one on Mary Ann Cleveland has always been very clean and the food is good.

Beware!!! Two men tried to steal my E-bike right in front of me. Kind of a bike jacking! When i call 911 they took off. Later the manger said he knows them, often they go through the parking lot trying to open cars doors and take things . You might want to go someplace else!!

Excellent service as usual. I always stop here on my way to work for breakfast. My only complaint is that the cheese on my mcgriddle was missing, but it was delicious anyways! Team here is very friendly and service is fast and reliable.
