I never ever eat disgusting McDonald’s, but today I was craving hot cocoa. I decided to pull in at this place just because it’s close to my house, big mistake. They took FOREVER to give me 4 smalls hot chocolate cups, and they were half empty, sink water with some milk nonsense. No taste of chocolate whatsoever. I will NEVER make the same mistake of coming here again.

Food was cold after I waited 40 minutes for it. Hot and spicy wasn’t made correctly and can’t even put a burger together properly.

Ordered 3 $6 meal deals. Cheeseburger was sloppy (will try adding a picture) fries were soggy - not cooked all the way. Service was unfriendly (receipt window and the sauce girl that brings out the food for parked cars.

I don't like the kiosk ordering. Now you have to wait around forever to see a worker so you can ask for some ketchup or ask for them to let you into the restroom. Done with McDonalds.

I was behind a car parked, over heard employee arguing with the woman in front, snatched the ticket from the woman when looking to see what missing items were missing, even after the fact the she was given the inconvenience to park! I had my kids in the car, over hearing everything. Not professional.

They ran out of Coke. I ordered Dr Pepper and it tasted like soda water.
They exchanged that for unsweet iced tea that was so bitter you couldn’t drink it

Absolutely terrible service the majority of the time. Have a somewhat younger staff who does not care about what you say as they lallygag around. Orders are always wrong or missing something. It is disappointing you have to pull over every time just to make sure the simplest of orders is in your to go bag. Not to mention asking for something plain, hardly ever happens. Some people who are allergic to some of the condiments you put on your food, and “wiping” it off doesn’t fix enough so you paid for food you cannot eat. At times, there are about 4 employees who actually care about their job and service. The majority are there to just be there. Just terrible.
