I went through the drive thru because I was in a hurry. No one was behind me and they tell me to pull into a stall. The second I make it around the corner this girl is standing there with my food. Maybe put her on the other side of the drive thru window. It would make a lot more sense.

Rude workers, manager that does not even know her store number, 30 minutes in the drive thru line just to be given the incorrect order after repeating it 5 times and the order was just for 2 ice teas. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in Tucson. Never going there again.

I think I am done with this location. everytime i go here they either give my order wrong or they don't charge me correctly, this time I made in order by driver true and the cashier Sidel at the window was so rude that she not even want to repeat my order to make sure everything was correct, well i proceed to pay and to be my surprise my order was wrong and when i ask to pay to was not correct the manager i think his name is James well he didn't not provide customer service at all what he did is ask for my recipet and said my order is correct with out asking me and to insure what was my original order and to find out what the problem was . I will not recommend this location to anybody.

This location is fast and efficient anytime that I’ve been there. You may wait a minute or two longer than other places but it seems they make the food fresh, hence the added time. Never had any issues with the quality of product. Usually only stop here for breakfast. Easy in and out to get back on your way.
Parking: Ample parking spots. This location shares a corner with a couple of other fast food chains.
