The worker in the drive thru was rude , i.ordered a sweet tea and chocolate shake,the worker stated we dont have ice cream and i said seriously , ok ill just take the the tea , she was rude since i said seriously as this is always an issue and said i had to have exact change, since when? You to need hire more professional people

Locked bathrooms, hand sanitizer dispensers are always empty, staff won't let you in the bathroom without a receipt but their kiosks are always outa receipt paper...

Order is NEVER right, pay for 6 piece nugget, only get 4. Hamburger, nope, cheeseburger. The real kicker is that we use the app and on our side, it's correct. Reading is fundamental. Done with this one, every time, literally, something is wrong. I don't complain because you get accused of lying or rude employees, so just deal with it, not anymore. If you want the food you actually ordered and paid for, don't go here! And yes, that the cheese scraped off, a cheeseburger wrapped in a hamburger wrapper.

This got two stars only because I unfortunately actually got my food. It's no secret that fast food is no longer inexpensive. But somehow, McDonald's has managed to not only double in price in a very short amount of time, but it has gotten way WAY worse. The fries, which were the only thing I ever looked forward to, completely different and thinner. Not just thin like a normal thin or skinny fry. But extraordinarily thin. The burgers haven't been good in a few decades. But they are somehow barely recognizable as having any filling, or patties between the bun. And of all things, they were able to literally cut their nuggets in half. They appear to be the same basic width and shape. But they're twice as thin as they were just a year ago. You're now getting literally half the food for twice the price.

My son can not eat meat so we always order a hamburger no meat only ketchup and mayonnaise. I do not know if it is being done on purpose or if it is an honest mistake. But everytime we order that is the only thing that is made incorrectly. Today I ordered 2 hamburger no meat only ketchup and mayonnaise and received 4 hamburger patties with ketchup. I never call and never come in to complain because I know mistakes happen. But this is everytime.
$8 for a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I didn’t even get the bacon. Creamer and sugar with my coffee and I didn’t even get that added in. No one answers the phone.!

Most of the employees I have dealt with are rude and couldn’t care less about your business, including the managers. Three days in a row I have sat there for 20. I definitely feel like my business was appreciated at this location

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes, kept being told one more minute while they handled multiple cars and orders in the other lane while the second filled up. They served at least 6 cars from the other lane and still had not taken our order. If you have 2 drive thru lanes you need to take orders from both and ensure the traffic gets through and doesnt pile up. Ridiculous.

The parking lot is clean. When I look at the building, I see the walls, windows, and door are clean. I walk inside and see the floor, tables, counter tops, kiosks, and even the freaking trash can are all clean. I ordered with the kiosk and scanned my app for the reward points, works first try. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with extra ketchup, extra mustard, extra onions, extra pickles, and no bun. They got it right, and it was brought to my table fast and hot. I got a large cup with unsweetened tea, and it was delicious. The bathrooms are coded and so clean. The staff were extremely friendly even though they were busy as heck, which is a huge plus because I've seen staff fall apart and be short with people when busy. Not on this visit to this location at all. Excellent service.
