Food was barely warm, crispy chicken? More like soggy chicken, fries were the only edible portion. Burgers have literally hard/stale buns. We also dined in, play place is a joke, ordering is annoying. You cant get your own napkins, ketchup... like seriously? Im expunging McD from my life. Never getting another penny out of this family. Screw your kiosk for real.

How do you forget the egg? Who the hell do you got making food? I mean come on. It's not hard. Ordered a sandwich thinking we were going to get a little something to eat before we head up the hill. Instead we start up the hill and we have to turn around wasting a half hour of our day.

Another screw up today, they forgot to take the bagels out of the freezer so they substituted my order with a shitty muffin. Day before yesterday I ordered their special double burger, they forgot one of the meat patties, huh? Get it together.

Was just in here picking up a doordash order and I saw a woman with dark hair wearing glasses and a blue shirt in the grill area scrolling on her phone and drinking a drink the whole time waiting for the order to be ready and then she proceeded to stick her finger in her ear....didn't wash her hands afterwords and continued to go about her business. I told the coworker about what I saw but being someone who has worked fast food before the level of inconsideration for food safety is shocking. This store needs a refresh on proper food handling and sanitation.

Will probably never eat another Big Mac, or should I call it a Little Mac now. Food was sub par little taste, fries were limp cold and I'm less than 3 minutes away. I have thicker lunch meat than the cheap little patties. Ask to round up for McDonald house and then gave me 98 cents change. Their food is not worth the price ,1 meal large and one burger $23.08. Glad my kids are grown, couldn't afford to eat here.

I forgot to put my cigarette out and when they brought me the food this girl said she would close the window on me and i would lose my food and money. I have been living on this side of town for 20 years and was never been made to feel so low.Will never stop in again ,,,Over a mistake ,just wow ,,oh ya just see how i sue you if you even try not refunding me ...And the weirdos that work there are getting more and more ,,,god what a place !!

Honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve come across. Extremely clean, everyone has always been super friendly and they are quick! Most McDonald’s always mess up my order and this one has never- not once.
