This mcdonalds lack customer service. Manager just stared at me when i walked in. Employees in street clothes sitting behind the counter chit chatting. Fries cold and nuggets tasted like they were sitting in heating cabinet for hours.

Had the McDouble combo. The meal was freshly made with the fries, hamburger and the McNuggets. The person brought out the food to our table got us us some ketchup and knew my drink when I got a refill at the counter.

Waited way too long last night! The app now says order anytime we'll make it as you get close! I waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and there was only one car in front of me! I'm assuming I waited for their huge order because they were brought out at the same time and my sandwich was not hot and it was special order! Bummer!

Really McDonalds?? I ordered a sandwich with NO ONIONS and this is what you give me? What does no onions mean to you? To me, it means I threw a $9 sandwich away because I didn't have time to come back to have you do something a second time that should have been done right the first time.

I just ate one of the worst breakfast sandwiches (cold and the English muffin was like it had been cooked 2 days ago). Not friendly here to almost rude. No one acknowledges you only to take an order and money! Why is this even being allowed?!
I came in around 4:45pm on a weekday. I ordered a cheeseburger and med coke. The young woman left the counter 3 times to chat and talk to a friend or perhaps a family member. Customers waited for her to return, I finally drew her attention to the waiting customers. Once again she retired to the person on the floor leaving the counter unattended. She didn't seem concerned. When the cheeseburger arrived it was warm, not hot. Finally someone took over for her - a teenager who did a better job.

I always order a caramel frappe with extra caramel which I pay for but they never give me that and she was rude with me when I let her know. The drink is also basically just ice ! Really disappointed

This particular McDonaldâs store at Tanque Verde and Catalina Highway franchise owner is Paul Dias. He owns many other Stores in Tucson and is wrecking them all. Cutting back employees, employee hours , forcing customers to order electronically, They are basically trying to get to a place where thereâs no human interaction with customers. Very sad.

Iâve been coming to this McDonaldâs for a while when I donât feel like cooking. Itâs convenient and consistent.
Lately, theyâve started acting like sauces come out of their paycheck. I donât care if I have to pay for them. Iâve been to other McDonaldâs that charge for sauces in the app. This one doesnât, but if you order extra sauces, they refuse to put them in, and you say something - theyâll tell you they charge for sauces.
UPDATE YOUR APP to reflect you charge for sauces and Iâll pay for them just like I do at other McDonaldâs.
I even paid for 4 Chili Crisp sauces (they do charge for JUST that one for some reason) and I got one. I went back in and told the manager there, and he said he gave me 2 already but heâll give me two more, and that heâd charge me for the other sauces. He also said âthe amount of sauces you ordered is too much for a 20 ct nugget.â Why does he care what sauces I use? Is he getting a commission on unused sauces at the end of each month? Also - I ordered 3 fries (thatâs what the sauces are for).
Again - I donât care if I have to pay for sauces, just update the app for this location so I can do a curbside order and pay for 100 sauces if I want instead of having to go in and do it. Also, have some customer service skills and donât tell me Iâm âordering too much sauces for the food Iâm gettingâ. It doesnât cost you money.
