I found rat poop in my McGriddle. My mom went in for me because I was at work. I didn’t even eat it. I saw it . And I told my mom to just return it and get my refund. They called her a liar and refused to refund us my money. I didn’t even eat all day after that. I was disgusted.

So I order a small fry & asked for them to give me another bag because I didn't pay $4 for them to give me air. So the worker closed the drive thru window & decides to give me a kid fry through the window. Very unsanitary. Won't catch me back to this location

Tell me how your lazy employees tell me that in 111°. I'm asking for an ice water at the window with the purchase that I made already and I'm being treated like garbage and being told I have to go back around to order an ice water and then when I say that I'm not going to do that then they decide they're going to give me one but a small. Also, there's nowhere in the app to order an ice water so I'm not sure what it is I'm supposed to do. How about McDonald's stop acting silly and start giving out customers ice waters in Arizona with their order if they ask for it at the window. I don't know how much lazier someone could be that they can't make an ice water. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm so tired of McDonald's and they're nonsense and they're laziness

Can't give anything but a one star when I get totally cold fries through the drive through.
Food flavor was bad. Service is horrible and no one smiles here. Upon leaving I saw finally a nice and smiling lady.

I was greeted by a nice employee who helped me place my order on the big touch screen (not many people's favorite way to order). The food arrived quickly and was good quality and value. The Frappé was excellent. One of the better MacDonalds I have visited.
