Just got out of this McDonald Drive thru if I could rate the service 0 i would. The person at the drive thru is rude and mixed up my order. He charged me double and I couldn’t get the refund for my order. So far the worst service I ever experienced.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Go to a different one. Old buns, missing items, way over sauced burgers, you name it this place has the negatives you can expect from fast food.

This McDonald's has the WORST service EVER! I ordered my food. Was told to pull forward to wait for my food. I get all the way home and notice my medium fries were not in the bag. Not to mention the food was super cold. I return to the restaurant and deal with the rude employee at the window. Never apologies. Had me pull forward again. I wait and wait. Maybe like 5 cars later they come out with my food. Again no apologies and a horrible attitude. I get home again cold fries and a burned burger! I am disgusted at the poor service and attitude the employee had! I will never go back to this location!

Little African American girl working the drive thru should not be working with people her whole attitude stunck, when I asked her if she was doing the orders for the drive thru,she ask we're you in lane 1 when I Said yes and the way she answered rudely Noooo ,but she's was doing the drive thru, getting orders wrong .I'll find another McDonald's to go to before heading back North. Customer service class in politeness, kindness would help for this little girl

Mcdonald's is more worried about getting food to the drive-thru than it is about helping the people inside or filling delivery orders. It is not uncommon for me to have to wait 10 minutes or more to get an order that is marked already finished.

Parking: The parking lot here is so small that I suggest you don't park. The parking lot exit requires you to drive through the drive-thru.

I had to ask them to remake my ice coffee 3 times and not one single time did they get it right, fist time all creamer no coffee second time all creamer and sweetener again no coffee, 3rd time u had to ask them to remake it again all creamer and sweetener but now with coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup can’t even drink it. I will never come back to this location and I urge others to do the same thing. I worked at this location so I know exactly what they are doing wrong. To me it feels like this is being done to me on purpose. I’m highly irritated about this because when I pay for something I expect to get what I’m paying for. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask it to be done correctly. The manager needs to be put in check and run their employees correctly. And I’m not one to complain at all I don’t like to leave bad reviews or any reviews at all. But this I took personal Like I was spit in the face
Whoever made my coffee and remade my coffee should be fired immediately

The two male workers working this night were on top of it. Brought us our refill. Another gentleman running drive through (clearly by the headset on his head) told us our apple pie would take 15min since it was just put in so he offered another ice cream cone if we didn’t wanna wait that long. Overall a perfect experience from a clean McDonald’s
