I was greeted by a nice employee who helped me place my order on the big touch screen (not many people's favorite way to order). The food arrived quickly and was good quality and value. The Frappé was excellent. One of the better MacDonalds I have visited.

Jasper in the Drive thru was very rude. I noticed my fries were not fresh when I asked for fresh fries he had a major attitude. Very unpleasant! Jasper needs some coaching in customer service.

This location used to be phenomenal. Now I'm just wondering what has happened. The past 3 times myself and my partner have ordered from here, we've gotten completely wrong orders. No cheese on the cheeseburgers, no extra mayo on the hot n spicy mcchicken, and once, I didn't even get my hot n spicy mcchicken. If it's an understaffing problem, it needs to be addressed. Overworked, tired staff will doom a place.

Ordered a caramel iced coffee. Got a cup of ice with a splash of milk and shots of caramel... No coffee whatsoever. Had to go home and brew my own coffee. I should have threw the milk threw the window at the girl that's playing around with friends in the drive thru. Such a waste of time. I'll go to the River location from now on, never had bad service there.

Just got out of this McDonald Drive thru if I could rate the service 0 i would. The person at the drive thru is rude and mixed up my order. He charged me double and I couldn’t get the refund for my order. So far the worst service I ever experienced.
