IT'S wonderful at McDonald's compared to Burger King because of McDonald's you can still go there and get a five-dollar bag and get a bang for your buck you can no longer get the $5 bag at Burger King and you can get the hamburger a french fries the chicken nuggets and a drink all for $5 so it's so much better to go to McDonald's then it is to go to Burger KingMcDonald's offers you a lot better deal than Burger King doesyou can get a double burger at McDonald'sand you can't get that at Burger King so I guess the king loses on this ONE

The biggest drug dealing spot in all of Tucson. Dumpsters are the center point of the entire parking lot, filthy and strewn about, smells up the whole place. More hair served in my Sons happy meal than toys (3 separate hairs, missing toy). Overall, horrible dining experience. That being said, average and expected McDonalds exp these days.

I ordered online two hash browns and mcgriddle and got ONE hash brown and two sausage McMuffins... Do you know the much a freakin hash brown is these days? Almost $5... And a mcgriddle ain't cheap either. Lost money, like always McDonald's can't ever get it right. Not going back again. Thanks for nonice in my drink either.

I hate it here. I miss the old night shift workers. The ones right now are giving too much attitude vibe. They keep messing up, and it's not the first time i pulled up on them doing this. If you don't like working, then don't work there at all. I liked the old night crew better because they were very welcoming and friendly.
Stopped going in for breakfast, the ordering kiosks never seemed to work, no receipts issued. The dining room smelled really bed. Lots of homeless hanging around the store.

The customer service is definitely getting better. Still needs some work. Alot of the employees are not very appropriate when it comes to homeless people. If they are paying customers they should be treated just like any other customer. But I do believe that the managers train the employees to be judgemental. Which I learned a very long time ago, be careful who you judge, u never know if you will end up in a similar situation. Life has its ups and downs and u might be having a down time
