This use to be the best McDonalds near us. The Food use to be fresh and taste great. The General Manager, Armando, was remarkable! After his transfer to another McDonalds, this place has gone downhill.
I ordered Mcdouble with extra pickles and fries recently, after a long day. I get home, everything is cold. My Mcdouble did have EXTRA pickles. They placed 3 pickles outside the buns on each side and 7 pickles inside the buns. The burger was cold and soggy. Thought I would just eat the fries for the night, but those were also disgusting, tasted like fish.
This store needs a good general manager again.

I visited the Linda Vista location around mid-morning they were extremely busy but the staff still found time to be courteous and friendly serving me my food with a smile fresh food at that hot and ready to go there was not a wait for service and the lobby was clean
Parking: There is a parking lot to the west of the building with handicap spots available and there is a parking area on the east side of the building in front of the speedway attached to the location also with handicap spots available
Kid-friendliness: They have a great playpen kept in good condition it's always clean in the play place area with plenty of seating and high chairs for the little ones
Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances to this establishment are wheelchair accessible

Order to go didnât get the large fries got two happy meals chicken nuggets. Gave me 2 cheese burgers instead didnât get any sauces for the 20 piece nuggets drinks filled a lil more than half way and the other fries we did get were also half way!! Called 4 times and no answer!!!

All I ordered was a small, regular hamburger!! That is LITERALLY all I ordered and you guys couldn't give me a freshly made burger?? The heel of the bun was hard that when I bit into it, it crumbled on my blouse and the top of the bun was starting to go hard!! Had I not been on my way out to an appointment, I would have gone back inside to have them remake it!! Aside from me being on my way out to an appointment, I had to eat something so that I can take the first dose of the prescription that the doctor gave me!! The first bad experience that I had at this location was with the rude, very unprofessional manager, and now this. This is the second negative experience I've had at this location since they brought this new short manager with dark hair. I believe his name is Craig or Greg is what I've heard the employees call him. They need to bring back that tall, light-skinned young man that was the manager there before, I don't know his name. I never knew his name. To the manager at McDonald's on Linda Vista and Thornydale, you better hope that old hamburger I was served doesn't make me sick!! P.S. I've decided to call the health department on this McDonald's location.

I asked what the manager's name is and his name is Greg. He's rude as hell, and walks away from you as you're talking to him. That's very unprofessional! Mr Greg, if you're that miserable at your job, then quit! I'm sure McDonald's has more professional and friendlier applicants that would love to replace you! He seems racist and doesn't like dark-skinned people. When I tried to talk to someone at HR, it was a lady named Michelle who was just as rude and unprofessional. She said she doesn't see what the problem is. Really, lady?....and you work in Human Resources? Her and that manager Greg should both be let go! Word of mouth goes a long way in both Marana and in town (Tucson) and that is exactly what I'll do, is spread this word around about the manager Greg at the McDonald's on Linda Vista & Thornydale and about the rudeness and attitude from the HR lady Michelle. BTW....I will also leave this same review on YELP. P.S. My Big Mac was COLD, the soda machine was out of ice and it seems to bother Greg when I told him that it needed to be refilled.
