Order meal on the app and went to pick it up at 8pm the lobby was closed. Doors were locked and I was forced to go thru the drive thru. Unfortunately my truck doesn't fit well since it's a dually. Ridiculous!! Plus never received the sauces I ordered. For these prices these days that Mc Donalds charges this team needs to be on the ball.

Good place. I was a canvasser and they let me cool off and use a restroom and eat my lunch. Super friendly place and they couldn't have been friendlier. Good job guys

The ice cream was okay, but there is no service, and the floor was completely sticky, one guy had slides on and he couldn't lift up his foot, absolutely disgusting

Had to wait for my drink cup until my food came out. Asked for the cup at time of ordering and was told that my drink would be served with my food and that I can't have the cup until then. Waited over 10 minutes for my fast food meal and was given a cup and told that it should have been filled by someone else before the meal was delivered and that I would have to go fill it myself. There was a line at the soda machine. Had to wait my turn and went back to my table that now had cold food. Had to go to the counter and wait in line to get ketchup and the same girl was sarcastic to me. Worst McDonald's ever! Wasn't expecting a 5 star dining experience as it is McDonald's, but was expecting basic customer service.

This use to be the best McDonalds near us. The Food use to be fresh and taste great. The General Manager, Armando, was remarkable! After his transfer to another McDonalds, this place has gone downhill.
I ordered Mcdouble with extra pickles and fries recently, after a long day. I get home, everything is cold. My Mcdouble did have EXTRA pickles. They placed 3 pickles outside the buns on each side and 7 pickles inside the buns. The burger was cold and soggy. Thought I would just eat the fries for the night, but those were also disgusting, tasted like fish.
This store needs a good general manager again.

We got a delivery (doordash I think) but the order was missing my daughter's happy meal. Riley (sp?) made it right. I just needed to get it. Luckily it's only like 10 minutes away.
