This place is a joke in the morning, I order oatmeal with extra cream and got soup. Was also looking forward to having it with apple bits. Didn’t even get those as well. The person that took my order . Sounded like he didn’t want to even work. Which I get. But I ask for specific things and didn’t get any of my requests . Like the drink with no ice. He seemed like that if I would ask him to fix it. He would mess with my items

Blows my mind of all the bad reviews of this place. Been here alot after moving close by a few months ago. Never had a bad order or crappy service. Its actually one of the best McDonald's I've been Tucson.. 11 out of 10 for me.

food is fine, atmosphere is fine aswell. The service sucks at this location though, I get my food from the front and they take forever, I waited 15 minutes earlier for a sprite and a fries honestly it wasn't worth it tbh since of how slow the service was. I saw them opening a bag of fries before I left. Which was the breaking point. I'm not going to waste my time at this McDonald's and you shouldn't either :|
Edit: the floor was also disgusting and the inside smelt like dirt for some reason

Ordered 3 kids happy meal and it took 17 mins, only to get two and I had to go in and order a 3rd. That took another 15 mins and as I expressed my frustration to the manager John he smirked as if my frustrations was funny. Never will I visit this location ever again I need a way to make sure John’s customer service gets better but man this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

Not really clean. Counter help (young guy) was rude. Twice used the curbside pick up. Both times after waiting for over 30 minutes the app said food was delivered, but it wasn't. When inside they took a bit to find the order. The manager last time said they were waiting on fries. The fries were hot but the rest of the food was cold. Don't do curbside at this location they clear it off the board and then forget to take it out to the car. They suck.

Order meal on the app and went to pick it up at 8pm the lobby was closed. Doors were locked and I was forced to go thru the drive thru. Unfortunately my truck doesn't fit well since it's a dually. Ridiculous!! Plus never received the sauces I ordered. For these prices these days that Mc Donalds charges this team needs to be on the ball.
Good place. I was a canvasser and they let me cool off and use a restroom and eat my lunch. Super friendly place and they couldn't have been friendlier. Good job guys

The ice cream was okay, but there is no service, and the floor was completely sticky, one guy had slides on and he couldn't lift up his foot, absolutely disgusting
