Pulled up to the drive through at 11:15 and couldn’t get service. When we did my just pulled through to the next window the guy told us that they close at 11 even though they are advertising as 24 hours and all the screens at the drive through were still on. The guy told us that we needed to take that complaint on with his management

I got in line on a Friday night in the drive through. Waited 30 mins to get to the order window and was told at 11:00 that they were not taking any more orders for the night. This is a 24 hour McDonald’s according to their hours of operation. When i told him that I waited 30 mins in line… me repeated himself like I was deaf. Do better.

I filled out the survey for a buy one get one free. I was provided a validation number, to to McDonald's and the cashier never entered my validation number. When he brought my meal to the table, he forgot to bring the coffee and hash brown that came with the free meal. When taking my order it seemed like the cashier was a little overwhelmed and possibly upset about something. He probably should have taken the day off.

It's always my least favorite Mcdonald I would ever visit.Not only the service, the food and staff's attitude is the worst.even the manger is not in a positive attitude.ive asked for the new released toy today for the encore Tiny Tan.Display near their food packaging area was the new released but the manager can verbally told me they only had Toy no#1.what a joke. I've given up in this outlet.its sucks

For some reason everytime I come to this location no one answers the drive thru speaker for a long period of time. Today (6/13/25) I came around 7:10 and was not helped for at least 5-10 minutes. I would understand if it was busy but no one else was there. A man pulled up next to me in the other drive thru lane and was just as confused as to why no one was coming to help us.

Not a happy camper. Not as advertised on the commercials. Chicken tenders are not what they look like in the commercial. They do not taste anything of what they look like. They are scrawny and almost nothing. Very disappointed. Definitely false advertising.

3 stars if I’m being completely honest. The food and the quality of it, not so much of a fan. But, if I’m in for something different, I get something to eat here. The 2 cheeseburgers are usually good, not very well done, hot and ready, but sometimes they do mess up an order and forget to add sauce or other things. The fries on the other hand, are very good, and are great with honey mustard or ketchup. Sometimes my stomach does not like the grease content though. 😕
