Shout out to Destiny for always knowing how to make the perfect vanilla iced coffee!!! I’m not sure why people make the iced coffees with more creamer than they do coffee but not everybody likes it that way, and all that creamer hurts my stomach. But Destiny knows exactly how to make it with a little amount of creamer and a tad of extra vanilla do your thing girl you rock!!! Destiny gets 10 stars!!!!

Im changing my review after tonight, we went to this location just to get a drink, and the lady at taking orders and taking the money at the pay windows was extremely rude and snippy. My husband was trying to order our drinks, and this person almost yelling, just a minute Im not ready to take your order yet! Very rude, and then once we got up to the pay window, she told us the total, which was $2.95, and I was trying to get the money out of my wallet, and evidently, I wasn't fast enough for her, and she repeated again, very rudely, and loudly said that'll be $2.95!! There was no call for that, It's not what she said, but the way she said it, that really rubbed me the wrong way, so, as long as this person works here, we will not be returning to this location.

We stopped in on our way to Tucson Trap/Skeet that morning. Not in a hurry, per se, but wanting to get food and leave. Went in ( thinking we could fill our cups with mega ice) only to find the truck in the middle of everything! However, it posed no problem and the gal helping to unload was very pleasant . Once inside, a manager ( did not catch her name) came and asked us if we needed help with the kiosk ( are you kidding? YES!!!) this was the FIRST time we were ever asked for help… many times employees stood at MANY McDonald’s watching us fumble our way around until we finally just ordered something and left! This gal asked questions… was VERY polite and seemed genuine in wanting to help us out ( for which we will be FOREVER grateful!) She placed our order… got our drinks and food was ready in no time ( special requests and all!!) Upon leaving two others told us to have a good day and smiled. I noticed a wipe-off board above the fry station that said “ Customers are priority” “Smile” “Be friendly” “ 0 complaints” and other stuff like that… well if others get the service we did, they will meet their goal… no complaints here!!!

We had to come to this McDonald's instead of our usual one on Cardinal and this one had a better atmosphere
No one working the kiosk at the front. After trying to get someone's attention, including the manager, after standing at the counter for 25 minutes I finally got someone to stop so I could pay. Total time to recieve food was 50 minutes. The gentleman at the counter was obviously stressed out and rude when finally getting to the cash register. Hopefully we will continue to recieve food establishments in our area. I will no longer visit McDonald's.

Went today for frappe's worker just seemed rude my frappe was pretty much just ice didn't even taste like a frappe I also asked for extra carmel and said I'd pay for extra the they hardly put any carmel at all very disappointing

We've been to this particular McDonald's several times. We had to wait at one point for up to 15 minutes for our order. Several times they are missing/messed up our order. Working in the food and beverage industry I totally understand about being busy. They had no genuine care that we waited 15 minutes or they messed up our order.
