No one working the kiosk at the front. After trying to get someone's attention, including the manager, after standing at the counter for 25 minutes I finally got someone to stop so I could pay. Total time to recieve food was 50 minutes. The gentleman at the counter was obviously stressed out and rude when finally getting to the cash register. Hopefully we will continue to recieve food establishments in our area. I will no longer visit McDonald's.

Went today for frappe's worker just seemed rude my frappe was pretty much just ice didn't even taste like a frappe I also asked for extra carmel and said I'd pay for extra the they hardly put any carmel at all very disappointing

We've been to this particular McDonald's several times. We had to wait at one point for up to 15 minutes for our order. Several times they are missing/messed up our order. Working in the food and beverage industry I totally understand about being busy. They had no genuine care that we waited 15 minutes or they messed up our order.
Great place to take your kids to play. McFlurry’s are the best!

Incredibly bad location. Food is good but they’re extremely racist there if you’re white. Used to work there when I was young and they would say horrible things about me in Spanish both the managers and regular employees. I can see it hasn’t changed one bit. There’s almost no diversity whatsoever and it’s obvious they treat non white customers much better. I would never dream of moving to Mexico, getting a job in customer service and then treating my Mexican customers and coworkers like garbage. The absolute audacity and entitlement is astounding. I can’t believe the owner allows this to continue.
Said they can’t serve lunch items until 10:30 it was literally 10:25.. ridiculous

I pulled into McDonald’s last night to pick up my mobile order I had got off to go grab my order but the lady told me it wasn’t done but she’ll call it out and put it on the counter for me. Fast forward to ten and what came into twenty minutes still no food, then I see a few employees dancing instead of doing their jobs inside. This is ridiculous service to customers I was shocked by this type of behavior happening and no manager to tell them to get to work? Eventually I got the food but it was already cold and soggy instead of fresh. McDonald’s do better!!!
