I had a great visit. They didn't treat me to harsh for being a walker with a backpack. I got to use the wifi to set up my new phone. There was a friendly girl with curly black hair she was very sweet and I had a great time. Family friendly and they had a place place. It brought back memories.

I'm sorry but the food was awful. The new chicken straps were overcooked. They looked like the sole of a shoe. The fries were not cooked long enough. The service, however, was excellent! I was greeted politely. My food was brought to my car, where I was thanked for my order. I did not go in, but the grounds and surrounding store area was spotless. If they had not been so professional and friendly I would have given this store a much lower rating.

What the heck is this??? Ordered a quarter pounder and got a burnt, smashed, cold and stale burger instead. All the other food i ordered for everyone else was fine. Ordered thru the app, got there, said it was ready, sat for 10+ minutes. The person who parked after me got theirs. Finally get home and got this thing. Man.... i know its busy but if something is burnt just remake it.

Jesse went out of his way to assist us. He was a great representative of your store. I was a past McDonald’s Area Supervisor from Nebraska and was please with his customer service. The only opportunity was with clean tables in the kids room.
Kid-friendliness: The play area was well liked by my grand kids. It was 4pm and it wasn’t busy. I only counted 4 employees on the shift.

Would be nice to once actually get my food at the window, not have to pull around the corner and wait, also food was it's usual nasty, thought the new chicken big Mac would be good, nope! They said they were waiting for fresh fries, the ones I got tasted stale and weren't really hot, more like Luke warm.
