I just ordered four cheeseburgers, after a couple bites, I realized it was raw. Upon calling, I spoke with Michelle whose response was, āIāve been working here along time and that hasnāt happened.ā At the shock of her response, I told her that its concerning the lack of interest or empathy she had. (She basically was speaking to me as if I made it up, I offered to send her pictures.) Her response was that she doesnāt understand why I wouldnāt want to drive back to the restaurant to show her and get a replacement. I finished the conversation expressing my concern that they are serving raw meat. Sheās said, āsheād tell her kitchen to pay attentionā (Pictures attached)

I go out of my way to come to this location. Food is consistently better than ANY other location! Nicest employees too. Had a very small issue today (first time) and Kirsten was extremely kind and helped me very quickly and went beyond what I was hoping for. The manager lady with glasses was great too. Well if this isn't the most dystopian industrial fast food restaurant, then I'll be a monkeys uncle.
The kiosk ordering has to be the most obnoxious thing imaginable; it's decidedly slower to order, and not being about to talk to someone who knows their job and forcing the user to navigate a series of menus and screens to find what they want is my is mind blowingly annoying
The boring, dull, muted colors of everything in the restaurant also makes it not feel inviting, but rather like a poorly designed, emotionlessness, ultra modern apartment
Oh and then on top of not having a person to take orders, they LOCK THE BATHROOMS. This isn't a gas station it's a restaurant. And who am I supposed to go to to get the ocee walk into the kitchen??? This is nuts

Homeless gentlemen seems to think all outlets belong to him while actively sitting at 3 tables yes 3 tables... One for his clothes and personal items 2 for his charging station and the 3 booth he uses to actually eat/drink his coffee... Check camera's gives an uneasy vibe to happy families trying to make a memorable experience

Says here it's open 24/7. False advertisement. It's closed. Drove another 10 minutes from another closed McDonald's for disappointment AGAIN. Lol.
Ate inside to use the soda fountain for refills as long day and very thirsty. The soda fountain inside was closed. Only way to get a re-fill was to get an employees attention. None were tending a cash register. Ordered through a kiosk at the store. Don't plan on going back anytime soon, even at the drive through. There's a store a lil closer to me that I can go to.

I had a great visit. They didn't treat me to harsh for being a walker with a backpack. I got to use the wifi to set up my new phone. There was a friendly girl with curly black hair she was very sweet and I had a great time. Family friendly and they had a place place. It brought back memories.

I'm sorry but the food was awful. The new chicken straps were overcooked. They looked like the sole of a shoe. The fries were not cooked long enough. The service, however, was excellent! I was greeted politely. My food was brought to my car, where I was thanked for my order. I did not go in, but the grounds and surrounding store area was spotless. If they had not been so professional and friendly I would have given this store a much lower rating.
