I can't believe this used to be an affordable restaurant now you can get an Egg McMuffin for $6 where do they come up with these prices I hope everyone who wanted a minimum wage of $15 is happy cuz this is what you get restaurants you can't afford to eat at an employees who get laid off instead of getting raises the woman working wouldn't walk across the street to piss on me if I was on fire

Went through drive through. Got 1 happy meal and asked for extra ketchup. I was told it was an extra 59 cents for extra ketchup since happy meals only come with 1 packet. What a joke. Never again.

The drive through line was moving at a snails pace; most customers were asked to wait to take their order. When I got to the window, I was asked to wait again for fries! I had to drive to the other side and wait about ten minutes. This is becoming increasingly common! It is not like their prices are low! For less money and about the same time I could go to a real restaurant.

The guy told me to drive around to the other side to wait for my order. After waiting 20 minutes I called the store, only for the lady to put me on hold for 4 minutes, until the employee brings out my order. Which was missing the condiments that I asked for at the window. I said why do you leave me out here waiting for my Oder? "sorry it's busy". I can see no cars in the drive and it doesn't appear to not be busy at all. I feel there is a management and lack of professionalism problem at this Houghton and Broadway location.

I've eaten here for over a dozen years and it has been good but now the service has just gotten really terrible. It takes forever to get your food and it comes out cold. The owners need to figure out something soon or people will find another franchise
I’ve worked in sales and customer service related jobs for 20 years. The professionalism and customer service on display by the two young men I interacted with at this McDonalds this afternoon was absolutely fantastic! Elite level stuff. Very impressed. Great stuff guys!

This is the best McDonald's in Tucson. The staff watches over their backs to see if there are customers waiting to order not like the rest of the McDonald's restaurants where they never turn their backs to check if there is anybody waiting to buy food. Great bunch of guys in this place!
