Has anyone else had problems with the woman manager? I placed my order online and went in to get it. Told them my order number and sat down and waited. I noticed people who walked in long after we started to receive their order so I waited another 5 mins and went up to talk to what I’m guessing was the manager. She basically told me that my order had already been given to me which it hadn’t if she had come out from the back once she would have seen me sitting there the entire time with no food. She basically was saying I stole my own first order and was just trying to get it remade and for free? It was a $5 meal deal why would I try to steal something that cheap. With much attitude and all together almost a 30 wait i got my $5 meal and cold fries. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for new ones at that point. I’ll go to the one on Valencia where the service is much better and the managers are much nicer.

Just stopped for a soda but this McDonald's is pretty good. I have been here in the past and it is a typical McDonald's. Their fries are always good here and they don't go crazy on ice when you get soda.

Ordered a double quarter pounder from the drive through and both burgers were black, burnt. I didn't check before leaving the drive thru. So over $30. Wasted money. We didn't eat the food. Sad how bad McDonald's has gotten.

Employee was too busy chatting up with a friend In the drive thru while 5 cars pile up waiting for someone to take our orders. Maybe pay attention to thoes drive thru times and you’ll quickly figure out the problem 🙄

We order over 41.00 dollars of food, so many compliments, for one my cheeseburger was put in someone else’s bag went out the door returned then they went ahead and just put it in our bag I asked for a new sandwich but all they did was put a new Paper on it. Thank you for the dirty sandwich also received small French fries that looked as if someone had been eating them. And received a cheeseburger with someone else’s number on it the number was big and bold. What the heck! French fries were cold. I asked to talk to the manager all she could say was sorry. I said don’t be sorry fix the problem this is not the first time this happened. The food has gotten so expensive and the Quality is so poor and the service is terrible. What has happened to McDonald's? I worked at McDonald’s when I was in high school we took pride in the food, service and our customers. Wow
