I have ordered from them through the app twice so far. Both times dealt with kid meals and fries, I'm not sure what is going on with their staff but the orders are wrong. I ordered extra fries for both kid meals each time and is given apple slices. How do you get an order wrong both times? Why are the fries cold and not salted? I just don't understand and I won't be coming back to this McDonald's in the future.

I came in for a mobile order, and the Manager, Roxanna, she was very disrespectful, on her phone the whole time and arguing with one of the Employees like a middle schooler for 10 minutes, screaming at him as she was working. She pointed at me and my friend and laughed at us and talked about us, I will never come here again. I feel bad for all the employees under her management. I usually don't leave reviews, but as a fast food worker, this was very immature and unprofessional. I didn't get my food for 20 minutes as other people, (who came after me) got theres. I got 6 nuggets. I don't recommend this establishment for anyone having a good day.

Idk the dudes name but he has curly black hair and glasses but I got my food from him and we didn't have a table tent because there was none where I ordered they were at the other end of the store out of sight he handed it to me and said "you table one because if so the table tents are over there" was said in a very rude tone, food was cold as well it was just sitting back there
The ONLY thing good about picking up a quick gross end of night dinner from here was the young man hustling behind the counter. Wish I got his name cause he’s a baller. I waited for an hour literally for my food, as did several Other people including an army veteran and a young man fresh out of navy boot camp. Young woman manager could not even manage to make eye contact with any customer, let alone apologize for the slow night. No leadership skills whatsoever. In fact that young boy hustling to get everything to everyone should be the manager. Not only did he do that but he dealt with the customers, so uncomfortable but he did it(well job parents for raining this kid). There was no tp in the women’s bathroom and an older woman had to call her husband to bring her tp. Very disappointed. I know those kids working in there are raised better than that and that manager needs to be let go.

I ordered through the app and it said they would bring it to my table, but after a good while I went up and checked on It, found it sitting on the counter for I don't know how long, a nice lady (I wish I got her name) had the order remade and she brought it to me quickly. She went above and beyond to make it right. This was around 4:15 pm on November 28th.

EVERY TIME we go here to pick from ordering through the app, we wait for over 15 mins. We are constantly having to go in to check what happened to our order. And almost EVERY TIME they tell us that they just brought out our food even though they didn't. Never is there a manager there, it seems like at night. It's all kids who are slow as snails messing up the orders. I SHOULD stop coming here, but it's the closest one near me and it's supposedly quick service when I'm running late on going home for a quick dinner for the family.

Let's get digital. I think thay mean let's get lazy . If you're not going to have the 2or3 people sitting at their register, taking people's orders, the food should be prepared even come out faster .
