I rarely complain but it was too much for me not to. At roughly 435 AM on February 1st, I was told I could use the app rewards when I asked but then at the end of the transaction was told I wasn't able to. It took 20 minutes to get my food, dine in. When I finally did, the sausage was barely cooked. I went to ask for 1 refill and the manager(new manager w/ shift change) was quite quick and rude demanding my receipt. I was able to provide it to her and she snapped saying I had been there 47 minutes, I was initially denied a refill but after explaining to her that it took 20 minutes to get my food in the first place she sighed rolling her eyes and begrudgingly gave me one refill making sure I knew she would only do so once. I understand I probably looked homeless as I had just finished a 20 hour shift working on the sewers. Given it's a 24hr location I do understand they probably have a number of homeless that do linger beyond a reasonable amount of time. However, there was a group of motorcyclists there that were there before I arrived and even 20 minutes after I went and sat in my truck to do paperwork. I spent good money for lousy food and service, the more "expensive" places would have been better in every aspect as far as I'm concerned, including a dine in restaurant.

McDonald's continues with a profit over people mentality. You can't even order from a person anymore. You have to use their kiosks or the app. The food continues to be questionable as to actually qualify as food. The one employee I interacted with seemed resigned to his fate with shuffling steps and a blank expression. I hadn't been to McDonald's in a while, now I remember why.

Do not order from this McDonald’s. If you require modifications due to allergies they will not respect the modifications and will not refund you even if you have a receipt proving you are correct. Very disappointed that the cooks are too lazy to read the ticket completely. This is not the only time this has happened so I will not be spending my money and I highly recommend that you folks do not either unless you want a mediocre disappointing experience
