I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the night service I received at your McDonald’s location on November 17, 2025. The experience was extremely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from your organization.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, my order was acknowledged; however, I waited approximately five minutes without being assisted further. During that time, the attendant proceeded to take orders from three customers who arrived after me in the drive-thru line next to mine. This was not only frustrating but demonstrated a clear lack of consideration for the order in which customers were being served.
After finally being allowed to pay for my order, I was instructed to wait in front of the store. I waited an additional seven minutes before an employee came out and attempted to hand me the wrong order. The attendant then provided the order to the vehicle behind me, and I waited approximately three more minutes before receiving yet again the incorrect order.
The overall attitude from the attendant, combined with the delays and the mishandling of orders, was unprofessional and disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I do not believe I will be returning to this McDonald’s location in the future.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately so other customers do not encounter similar issues.
Let's also keep in mind while I paid for my order I also spoke with the manager of night shift this night.. unacceptable all the way around...

Sitting at drive-through lane two acknowledged by the cashier and then he proceeded to take three other cars in front of us in drive one is not acceptable service. Then we had to sit in front for another three minutes to wait for a hot and spicy meal.

With the way your prices have gone up dramatically in the past few years and so on. Customer spending their hard-earned money on triple priced items from unfriendly staff, slow to fill orders and just unpleasant environment for the overpriced fast food chain.

Got totally robbed, was supposed to get 12$ change and only got 10 and I never got my drink, they were very rude and said we had to wait a long time or not, never go to this location horrible people.

Went in the drive through on Halloween placed my order for a 40 piece mcnugget box two mccrispies and a sprite and Dr pepper ended up placing the order at 12:52 didn't receive my food as I waited until 1:40 in the morning I went to pick up my girlfriend and her friend came back at 2 am and still couldn't get my food I called for a refund today and still can't through on the phone. Paid 38.14 just for me to not get my food and sit through chaos just to leave not happy with the overalls experience.
