First off the little girl at the window had an attitude for no reason and gave me my drinks with no straws and no they weren't in the bag either and then I didnt receive 2 of the 4 burgers I ordered i unfortunately couldn't go back right away because my husband needed to get to work so I tried calling about 10 times and no answer and they even started picking up the phone and playing an obnoxious beeping then hanging up i just wanted to be able to go get the missing burgers or get a refund . This has to be one of the worst McDonalds I've been too.

This place is so dirty, and the employees not care about customers, its lunch time and any table are clean and every single thrash can it’s full omg I know it’s Sunday but horrible atmosphere here at this McDonald’s

This place always leaves the lights off in the night on purpose I think they dont want business they want people to think they are closed..every night the lights are off and you have to guess if they are open or not

Absolute garbage…. You want to dine in? They’re give you all your food to go…want some condiments napkins any essential? They got rid of them all, you gotta ask an employee for all that BUUUUT that same employee will ignore you and act like you don’t exist even after making eye contact…. Want a refill? Not gonna happen they don’t do that..customer service is dog water, you ask for help and they’ll ignore you I had to yell and be disrespectful to the employee just to get some help and they’re weren’t happy yet would help me to begin with….. they ignored a man and blew him off simply because he had no money, all he wanted was some water and they thought it wasn’t worth their time.. these employees really think they’re better and higher then the customers who without them they would have no job…. Even the managers don’t care.. their only priority is getting the drive thru line out as fast as possible and when they mess up your order and gotta go inside to get it fixed guess what? They’re gonna ignore you

Staff won't help you. Kiosks only. You have to buy something before they let you use the restroom. They package your food to go whether you eat it there or not. You take a number that says they will bring it to you, then they yell your number for you to come and get it. The place is always dirty and no one is ever cleaning the tables. Half the restaurant is blocked off and they removed the kids play area. No refills on drinks anymore. The dining room closes before the drive-thru denying you service without a car. Everything they do here is hostile, rude, and lazy.

To place an order for four people that took 35 minutes for the cashier to come to the register before we can place the order even on the card reader it would not accept any order we placed an hour later we finally got our order put in and that took 15 to 20 minutes to get

This is a terrible place. I went there with my minor child, mind you I live down the street so I went there a lot for my kid. One worker was cussing up a storm. She was rude from the beginning and I needed her attention I called her 3 times saying excuse me and she ignored me then cussed me out when I finally spoke louder to get her attention... LONG WAIT TIMES, They are racist, they don't care about customers, and the management there isn't any better. the food is always thrown together and cold. Find another place to eat because this one needs to be shut down. Workers are always in the back on break eating when there is 10-15 customers in the store with 8-10 cars in the drive-thru. Not worth coming here EVER......

Was in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Sat at lane 2 for 15 minutes waiting and saying hello every couple minutes, decided I’m not just going to sit there because it might be broken. Ordered at the window and they all seemed upset at me. I had a 40% off coupon for a chicken sandwich, she took the code and didn’t say anything else but asked for my card. it came out $9 for my sandwich and a drink (it’s usually $5) I asked if she used my code because I just just payed $9. This whole time I’ve been very chill and wasn’t giving attitude, I’ve worked at McDonalds and managed at chipotle for 3 years so I understand mistakes happen and they get treated very poorly. She got her manager that had long black hair looked like hector from nacho Libre but somehow had more jacked up teeth and off the get go he was blaming me like I messed up, he said to give me refund he has to take the food back, mind you I’ve been waiting in line for 40 minutes and I just want a partial refund for extra I had to pay. At this point he’s upset at me and is being extremely rude when I’m only trying to be chill and tell him I understand and I’m not trying to Con him. He gets upset and said “ I NEVER SAID I WAS TRYING TO CON YOU” he finally said “IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT YOU WANT A REFUND, HOW MUCH WAS IT- 7.50$???” I looked at my receipt and the total was $9 so I told him it was $9 he then says “WELL YOU GOT THE DRINK SO ITS 7.50!? YEAH RIGHT MAN YOURE DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO CON ME🙄💁‍♀️🙄” I was actually shocked on the amount of attitude that little man had when I’ve been nothing but chill to him. The rest of the interaction was just as disrespectful and rude. I wish I recorded it because it was so surprising that he hasn’t been fired yet from past interactions. Dude was running the place so poorly it looked like a delinquent high school. It’s crazy I had to take all of that for a sandwich 😐
