Food took just as long as a normal restaurant. Still missed things from our order. Inside was dirty and tables a mess. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This new way of service is terrible.

Came in around 9 ordered snack wraps and caramel frappes it took an hour to get the frappes Which we paid and ordered mediums and THEY GAVE US TWO SMALLS HELLO? also my snack wrap was half assed put together and then the MIDDLE WAS RAW? do better like come on.

The service at this McDonald's location leaves something to be desired. The food is hot and made to order. The managers straight lie to people asking for soda refills saying that they no longer offer any refills. They also told me one time that they no longer have free water cups. Straight lies. Bathrooms are usually clean. Plenty of parking with wheelchair accessible parking. I do recommend this location for the food which is good. They usually get the orders correct. This location has a play place for the kids which is in good working order.

Gave me the wrong order. Used the same bag and just threw the McDoubles in but still didn’t get me my fries. All I could hear was yelling. Two girls paying people out and giving the food couldn’t care less. Waited 45 mins for nothing.

Stopped in for breakfast. Walked in and tried to use the kiosk but i couldn't find what i wanted to order. Waited over 15 minutes as a dozen people walked past the counter. Finally someone waited on me and I asked why it took so long and their answer was "we are supposed to use the kiosks". I asked to speak to a manager and she said that was her. I walked out, never to return again.

Horrible customer service from beginning to end when I arrived it took about three minutes for my order to be taken mind. You only two cars in the drive-through when my order was taken I had to repeat myself more than twice and the person who took my order was super rude. The girl that took my payment was nice when I got to pick up my food in the second window, it was the same girl who took my order no smile no high just gave me my bags with all my fries thrown in my bag. One was completely empty so I get off and go in the lobby. Nobody acknowledges that I’m in the front other than Gina. Gina was super nice to give me a fry and acknowledge that I was there. Thank you, Gina For having great customer service

I waited in line for fifteen minutes for a $5 meal deal customized my order and was met with poor customer service and horrible food. My sandwich was covered in mayo and lettuce when I asked for light t lettuce and Mayo as ketchup and pickles which was missing as well. My fries were half filled straight out of the bag and I honestly thought they were dumped in the bag but not one is there and the nuggets look like someone smashed it and served it . This is for my child Would you feed it to yours ?
