Used my app for 99cent iced coffee and was told codes aren't working by mgr a very young woman and my total would be $8. (Iced coffee & apple pie) ?! Refused to honor the iced coffee which I know they can do. Very disappointing. Thanks for your time.

I’m very disappointed overall. When calling the phone number listed on their website, it just beeps as if the line is busy, and I can never reach an employee. The in-person lines are always extremely long, and my orders are constantly getting messed up.

Very dirty. Also, staff members are unreachable when needed upfront, I understand they want to utilize kiosks and online ordering but they never give you ketchup or sauces so i went up front and I waited for ever go get someone to give me my dipping sauce. By the time I got a grumpy employee, my food was cold.

They are quick and of you do curb side it's so relaxing to chill in ur car and get the food given to you. I make the mc clucking use the hot n spicy patty and put inside the burger tastes amazing.
