Horrible customer service from beginning to end when I arrived it took about three minutes for my order to be taken mind. You only two cars in the drive-through when my order was taken I had to repeat myself more than twice and the person who took my order was super rude. The girl that took my payment was nice when I got to pick up my food in the second window, it was the same girl who took my order no smile no high just gave me my bags with all my fries thrown in my bag. One was completely empty so I get off and go in the lobby. Nobody acknowledges that I’m in the front other than Gina. Gina was super nice to give me a fry and acknowledge that I was there. Thank you, Gina For having great customer service

I waited in line for fifteen minutes for a $5 meal deal customized my order and was met with poor customer service and horrible food. My sandwich was covered in mayo and lettuce when I asked for light t lettuce and Mayo as ketchup and pickles which was missing as well. My fries were half filled straight out of the bag and I honestly thought they were dumped in the bag but not one is there and the nuggets look like someone smashed it and served it . This is for my child Would you feed it to yours ?

Bad service, I ordered breakfast online and because I was 5 mins late for the breakfast cut off time they wouldn't fulfill my oreder. If I order it online they should've had it ready for.me in my opinion.

I went to get 4 cokes and because the machines were “down” they refused to refund me and offered sweet teas. I asked if I could just get waters instead but they said the water was coming out dirty and forced me to get the teas which they only gave me THREE of. When I asked for the fourth one they said they ran out of sweet tea. I took a drink of these while driving away and they were the worst thing I’ve drank in my life. Don’t go to this McDonald’s

If I could give a lower review I would. The employees are always behind on your order and always miss an item. I sat in there waiting for an order that was supposed to be done at 8:37, it took them until 8:57 to stop ignoring me and actually look for the order. There was also a massive line for people who were missing food or just plain waiting for their food for 30 mins. TERRIBLE service, useless employees. I cannot stress enough how terrible of an experience this was. 0/5 stars.

Horrible severe for dine in. Why ask to put a number of they don't take it to your table so my food was cold and my daughter didn't enjoy her fire and they didn't have any ranch for her nuggets. The kid area was so dirty I felt bad for the other family eating in that room will definitely never returning to this location.
