So whoever was at the cash register KS# 2 on 04/03/24 at 09:19 a.m. i was order #52 inside the lobby she was super rude. She just didnt act like she wanted to help anyone. Then when we got our food it was pretty cold. Lastly my mom specifically asked for pancake syrup and we didnt get any. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

I work in the community and ordered a quarter pounder meal only to find a cockroach in my food. I was offered a free meal but I prefer not to eat there, the manager did not offer a refund and admitted there was a pest issue. I was told I needed photo evidence but was so disappointed and disgusted I had thrown my meal out of my car because I did not want the cockroach in my vehicle.
They have gone down hill from one year ago the food took 20 minutes to bring out then it was not wrap up right nuggets every in bags and one order less of what we were waiting for . Had to wait 20 more minutes for a 20 peace more.

This McDonald's provides horrible customer service. After waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive thru just to place an order, the woman that took my order messed up my order and tried to charge me $21 for a big breakfast with hotcakes and a coffee. The employee at the window gave my order to someone else. I was told to part out front. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, I had to go inside an re-order. The order I got was incorrect, so I had to go back to try and fix it. The manager was extremely rude, and refused to fix the order. I order the same thing every time I come here, so I know what the price is. Ultimately, I wasted 45 minutes, did not get the correct order or my money back. This place is ridiculous. The incompetent manager needs to be fired and the employees need some re-training. I won't be going back to this McDonald's.

I’m embarassed, I used to work at McDonalds in the 1970’s. I couldn’t believe how filthy everything was here at this location. Tables were filthy, bathroom was filthy, floors had trash everywhere. Soda station looked the last time it was wiped down was last week. They got our kiosk order wrong. Sandwiches looked liked they were in a food press. Disgusting! Where is the store manager, there used to be training and schooling for them. Don’t go here, not up to McDonald’s standards. I love McMcDonalds but not this one.
