Wow how difficult is it to put a couple ketchup packets in my bag when I asked before you asked me to park because you had to make my fry’s with no salt which didn’t even come wasn’t fresh and salty as hell!! I will not return and do not recommend

I've been a fan of the self serve kiosks from day one. However, what I now notice at a few locations including this one is that the employees feel shielded as though they no longer need to pay attention to people at the counter needing help that the kiosk can't provide. I don't like yelling at people for help. Would be an easy fix for 5 star reviews!

Haven’t had a good bacon egg and cheese biscuit in a long time. My normal McDonald’s up in the 9000 block of tanque verde serves very doughy sad biscuits. This McDonalds was great tho. Bit of crunch but still soft inside. They won me over. McDonald’s corporate could definitely add a lil more bacon tho.

Horrible service STILL! I waited 20 minutes at drive through to get my order taken and couldn’t drive away because I was caught between two cars. When taking my order finally, the girl on the intercom wouldn’t let me finish my order before cutting me off asking “anything else” after every word.

Why in the world do I need to go to a kiosk to place my order only to then have to go to the counter to complete the process? It's assinine that they even have the kiosk at all, it makes a very simple process overly complicated, for mediocre food, and employees that are about as clueless as to why the kiosks are here as I am, I can't say I have any reason to come back, and McDonald's was once a place I loved to go, it was a treat not even close now

This particular McDonald's although be it clean was having a very rough night. And the manager was not being very professional and kept repeating it not on my computer even though a lady showed on her phone that her order had been paid for. The manager was not offering any help as to how to fix the problem.

unfortunately it does not seem that this location handles their food safely. ate here on 11/20/2024 with my fiance. I ordered a big Mac and he ordered a quarter pounder. we both got food poisoning.
