This place is Horrible, definitely starts with management. Managers are Super Rude and useless so why wouldn’t the rest of the staff be. Empty location yet I waited 30mins for 2 happy meals cause the staff was chatting. I got this “Curbside” for the convenience of pre-ordering to wait in my car: I had to go in and get my food which isn’t an issue but to be made feel like You interrupted social hour. There was someone in the drive thru who pulled up complaining of waiting to long for their pick up order as well and the manager on staffs response was “Oh I don’t know, I don’t even know what happened to the order”.

The manager Ray was absolutely terrific a little bit longer weight poisoning of the night, but he got me right on absolutely everything I ordered.

The drive-thru person was abrupt, rude, and just not nice in general. The iced coffee tasted burnt, and the breakfast burrito was hard, dried out, and not hot. It had clearly been sitting around for a while. Come on, McDonald's. You can definitely do better.

Used to be a day when drive through was convenient. Now a day or takes for ever and a day. Ridiculous. And sad.

The service was descent at best. The food was terrible. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder with cheese and twenty nuggets. All three of the burgers were severely over cooked and they didn't have all the toppings on the burgers. Both of the doubles had zero onions and pickles. The quarter pounder didn't have onion or ketchup and mustard. The nuggets were acceptable. The small fries were over salted. I've never been a fan of McDonald's but this experience just lost my business for good.

Being forced to order on a kiosk when I know my order can not be made on there. Just to then have to finish at front. The wait for food was very long. Understaffed. I go in the store for the customer service not a computer screen.

I brought a chocolate Sunday It was made so small.I took it back in management was rude.I wanted to buy an ice cream cone.She refused to sell me one.I'm not selling you anything.She was upset because I made a return or put some ice cream in the dam cup and then I wouldn't ask for a refund.
Just tossed my money on the counter , never again

I just left this location at speedway and craycroft. The only thing I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with a grape jelly packet. I ordered at 8:20am. Around 8:28am I tried to call to see if they maybe forgot about me in curbside, but no one answered. Around 8:31am another car pulled beside me in the curbside pickup parking spots. Than at 8:34am a woman in a light blue McDonald’s shirt came out with me and the other cars food. I heard her apologize to the other car for the wait, although they were sitting there for no more than a couple of minutes. But she made no attempt to apologize to me. Instead when I started to talk and say “it shouldn’t talk almost 15 minutes for 1 breakfast sandwich..” she looked at me, rolled her eyes, huffed and turned around to go back inside without a single word to me. It wouldn’t have been that difficult to give good customer service and to apologize to me for my wait time, just as she apologized to the other car that didn’t wait long. I figured she was a manager, when I tried again to call to say something, I still could not get through to anyone.

The manger on duty was very rude and almost made the experience suck but the employe Zach was on top of it he was amazing and very kind we got the wrong sandwich and he got it fix so fast

Absolutely terrible service sat in the parking lot waiting for my order for about 15 minutes before I had to walk inside and verbally ask for my order because the manager was too lazy to bring it out and instead lied about saying that it was a mobile curbside pick up and said that it was ordered for an inside pick up. It’s easier to lie to the customer than it needs to take responsibility horrible customer service.
