Med Cuisine Restaurant & Bar

We were three people, and this was our first time visiting the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a staff member who provided excellent service and took great care of our table throughout the entire visit. We ordered shawarma with rice, and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and you could tell they pay attention to quality.
We also ordered hummus with meat. The meat was slightly undercooked, but it was still tasty and had a nice tangy flavor that made the dish enjoyable overall. Even with that small note, the experience was very positive.
Overall, this was a great first impression, and it’s definitely one of the best Arabic restaurants in Tucson. We will definitely be coming back again.

I was excited to try this Middle Eastern restaurant, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The dishes looked nothing like the photos they advertise. The fries were overly burnt and tasted bitter. The garlic sauce had a strange flavor and was way too runny. Even the bread smelled off and didn’t seem fresh. Overall, not the quality I expected and I wouldn’t come back.

We ordered a shawarma sandwich, a gyro, beef shawarma, and hummus, and everything tasted amazing. The service was very friendly and fast. It was an amazing dinner time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was perfectly organized. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh and full of incredible flavor. I had a great experience at Med Cuisine and honestly, it’s one of my favorite spots.
I’ve been there more than once, and every time the food has been consistently good. The flavors are on point, everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. Whether it’s the main dishes or the appetizers, nothing felt rushed or low quality.
The service was also solid. The staff were friendly and respectful, and even when it was a bit busy, they handled things well and kept everything moving. No confusion, no attitude, just normal, decent service, which apparently is rare these days.
The atmosphere is nice too. It’s a comfortable place to sit, eat, and actually enjoy your time without chaos.
Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a chill environment. I’ll keep coming back for sure

I recently ate at Med Cuisine Restaurant & Bar and honestly, it blew me away—the food was amazing and easily the best Mediterranean I’ve had, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor; on top of that, the staff were super friendly and made the whole experience feel really welcoming, which just made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is fantastic!!! I went to a Bellie Dance Recital held at Med Cuisine. The food is FANTASTIC!! Best Falafels and Toam I've ever had!! Im very impressed with this place,I have Celiac and cant have many foods. The manager(?) took the time to tell me what everything was made of so I was able to eat along with everyone else. Thank you so much. My partner and I will be back soon. Thank you for having plenty of gluten free and dairy free options.

I placed an order to go in person yesterday, as I wanted to ensure the food was fresh and warm by the time I returned home. Initially, entering the restaurant the owner/manager headed inside with me, and held the door open for me. Very kind.

He inquired about what I was ordering and I said takeout, and he handed me the menu to take a look and said he'd be right back. He then proceeded to head to the kitchen and what sounded like discuss/yell (? Not sure which, do not speak Arabic) with/at his staff back there. After several minutes I gently rang the bell, indicating that I was ready to order and I was told to please wait one more minute.

Eventually he came out, and took my order and I sat down. While sitting there, two other orders were being picked up, and both of them had to be called back in as they kitchen had forgotten part of their orders. It was pretty bizarre.

My order was ready and I brought it back to where I was staying with my family. Overall, the food was ok. However, everything, except the fries, was cold. We're staying 5 minutes away, so it wasn't a long drive at all.

The fries were delicious, but everything else was a tremendous let down.

I used Med Cuisine for a large takeout order serving 20 people. They worked with me over the phone to place and customize the order to my liking and groups dietary restrictions. They were good at recommending what to order and quantities. The staff was super friendly when I picked up the order-it was a lovely experience. Most importantly all 20 guests absolutely LOVED it!! The ingredients were very fresh. Highly recommend the chicken and lamb kabobs. Everyone in the group wanted to know where I got the catering order from—we will all be back for more! I plan on placing another group order next week. You will not be disappointed!!
