A Tucson institution! Great traditional Sonoran Mexican food. Start with chips, salsa, cheese chips with green chili strips, then a huge chimichonga Verde or Colorado! Southwestern culinary heaven!

Seated quickly, fresh chips & salsa right away (pretty good and spicy salsa). 3 adults for lunch in the middle of a weekday. One keto salad, one crunchy taco plate, one carne asada soft tacos plate. Quick from the kitchen, hot and fresh. Some of the meat was a little salty but overall excellent. Refried beans were great, and the portions were ample too. A little bit older but a solid place for lunch close to I-10 & the VA hospital complex.

Great prices and even better FOOD! Nice quiet place great for breakfast. 11.25 chorizo and eggs, beans, and a warm soft authentic tortilla. If you are down on fourth - 6th Street head down to micha's. It's surprisingly just as wonderful in the old days. A rare find
