A little loud but I hear they are working on it. Hasn't been open long but it's beautiful inside , nice outside seating. The key lime pie was wonderful!

This was my first visit to Miramonte and it definitely won’t be my last.
Our server, Marcos, was such a delight! He was very attentive, genuine, and had great recommendations! He made our experience here that much more memorable.
The cornbread was to die for and definitely save room for a slice of key lime pie for dessert….

I am very disappointed. Got there at 7:00, left at 9:30. Most of that time was spent on waiting for the food to come out. When the food DID come out, it was cold, bland, meat was EXTREMELY dry, pasta was DOUGHY. Upon leaving I changed my mind about taking my food home and our server took it personally. Questioning me several times as to why I did not like the food. I repeated that I just did not feel like taking it home and she continued to ask why not. Just very uncomfortable and not a great experience.

Oh, Miramonte. Where do I even start?
My fiancé ordered the pan-seared salmon, and what arrived was 100% white fish — not pink, not flaky salmon, just a pale imposter. We pointed it out, and the waitress said “yeah, I thought it looked funny”, and took it back to the kitchen. The chef’s response?
“Oh no, that’s salmon — it’s just really pale.”
Really pale?! That wasn’t salmon; that was white fish in witness protection. The level of gaslighting here could power the Tucson Electric grid.
Then Manager Ryan came over — and instead of fixing it, he doubled down on the lie. No apology. No offer to remake it. Just smug insistence that we were wrong.
For a so-called “gourmet restaurant,” this was shameful. Whether they ran out of salmon or hoped no one would notice, it’s dishonest and insulting.
We left hungry, irritated, and amazed that anyone thought this was acceptable. Tucson has too many great places to eat to waste your money here. Miramonte and Manager Ryan should be embarrassed — and maybe invest in a fish chart.

This place is FABULOUS! We truly enjoyed our dinner there Sat night! 5 * service ALL the way! Jazer was SO WONDERFULLY attentive to us! He mentioned the noise level and offered us a table outside. (He knew a couple in our group is hard of hearing) . It was loud but not unbearable! The inside is SO Beautiful! We will definitely return!

Great place and location with a really friendly staff. I sat at the bar and felt very comfortable nice atmosphere overall. I ordered the oysters and they were delicious and fresh, definitely a highlight of the visit.
I had an uncomfortable experience with the BBQ ribs. They were super dry, and I kept getting little bone pieces with every bite. The top was coated in BBQ sauce, but the bottom had that layer that meat sometimes gets after boiling, a dark dirty layer.
Overall, the restaurant is a solid spot and worth visiting again, but I’ll definitely skip the ribs next time.

For only 6 weeks open, they have some great teams coming together. The hot line in the kitchen rustled up steak and salmon cooked to perfection; the cold line salads were tasty, and innovative blends of textures; our server Ruby had great presence, being both professional and friendly, attentive and unobtrusive.
The high design looks amazing yet attention to ergonomics and subtleties of function, not so much - more relaxing seating (cushioned) might result in longer stays, maybe more after dinner drinks or desserts ordered; the acoustics, yes! They are a constant reverb in the ears, even when slow. About $30K in double sided highly absorbing acoustic panels would help immensely. Diffusing panels on the available walls would take it down another notch.
Our restaurant in the space from ‘86 to ‘02 had loud acoustics but this is another level - sadly Arch’ts and designers often dont address this in the design budgeting phase.
The menu needs a bit more accuracy in its descriptions which they are working on.
NONE of this is a deal breaker, but these details can harm longevity and profits.
I love the modern look, focused menu (could expand as you find diner favorites) and the apparent training.
Not far from 5 stars.

We were excited to try this place, but were very underwhelmed by both the food and service. We ordered the steak tartare (huge portion and bland), cornbread (huge portion and good), and chicken with kale salad (huge portion and bland). We were making the best of the meh food, but our evening took a turn about halfway through dinner when my wife’s martini glass shattered when she set her drink down. Someone came by to pick up the glass, but no one offered to clean up the martini all over the table, bring a fresh drink, or bring a new glass for the “sidecar” she had left. They did offer to remake our food in case it had shattered glass in it, but we didn’t care to eat any more after sitting there awkwardly for so long. It was a weird vibe, and we opted to get the check and swing by Whole Foods next door for some dessert instead of lingering and enjoying our night out.
We were attracted by the idea of a new restaurant in Tucson. Made our reservation a few days in advanced and were told they had only outside tables available. We arrived to the restaurant and there plenty of inside tables and they offered inside seating. The waitress was good, the food had some problems: baby back ribs were on the dried side, French fries were cold (they replaced them). Limited scotch brands, red wine was dull and martini was great. The menu is quite limited, check it on line before you go. Mixed reviews: we talked to the manager about these issues. No surprises here.

We were really looking forward to trying this place. What I find unfortunate is that after they spent a lot of money on the design they didn’t pay any attention to acoustics and noise levels.. it is way too loud! The food was bland.. roasted artichokes were basically steamed, tuna tartare was wet and had the texture of a watermelon and the chicken with kale didn’t taste like much of anything. The potential is there and we want to give it another chance.. But please put some acoustic panels, grill the artichokes and get good quality tuna!

New tucson restaurant! It’s pretty and can be nice for a date night. I ordered the ahí tuna tartare and the rigatoni pistachio pesto with salmon. Average flavors at a high price point will make me give it a 3.5 for the food. The prickly pear paloma is 10 dollars and it was not great. A bit too medicinal. Wait staff is nice. Loud environment and there were only a few diners. Overall the flavors would not justify a second trip, but nice for the novelty.

Let me start off by saying that the service received was great, front of house was accommodating, but didn’t quite know what was going on as they were definitely confused on where to seat me, the restaurant has a great vibe, open, and definitely a great place to go with a family. With that being said, the food was extremely disappointing. The steak tartare had way too many capers in it and was extremely salty as a result, also the bread was mediocre and would have been significantly better with potato chips. As for the French dip, it was okay, but nothing to write home about. As for the entrees, this is where things went extremely downhill. My girlfriend got the fish and chips, which was bland, and a massive portion. Way too much to eat at dinner. As for my chicken, absolutely abysmal. The first chicken I got was bland, undercooked, and tasted like something a 13 year old could make. I complained and was brought out a burnt chicken that was extremely dry, completely insulting. The kale was mediocre too, seems like they just threw it on the plate with some olive oil and Parmesan. Not to mention that the portion of kale was so big that it was falling off the plate while I was cutting into my chicken. Overall, not worth your money at all. You can make anything on the menu with little cooking experience. Such a shame to see how poor this restaurant was after being so excited for their opening. Will not be back and do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want undercooked chicken and bland salad.

I went yesterday and was super excited to eat there. The place looks modern but somehow empty? I like it overall. Our waiter was AMAZING, she was super helpful, made nice recommendations and she was very fast. The rigatoni is on another level, it's DELICIOUS. I thought the baby back ribs were gonna be smaller than they were, which was a pleasant surprise and very yummy (the only bad thing is that they were cold, but i don't mind cold food). And let me tell you something: order the Hugo Spritz or the Elderflower Sprits, they are the best drinks ever. The coconut cream pie was delicious BUT the crust was very very very hard and not worth the effort. The one thing i can't stand is how noisy it is, it wasn't like super packed but it was hard to listen to my partner. One thing i noticed is that they seem to be understaffed. It was a nice visit and nice food, i would gladly visit again (just keeping in mind how noisy it's gonna be).

Went there tonight. Food was very good. Good portions. The most impressive part was watching one of the bartenders make dozens of drinks skillfully non-stop the whole night. Quite a show! Very busy but still got the attention we needed recognizing how packed it was.
The downside is the volume. The restaurant should find a way to insulate the noise.
