I took a friend who had never been to a MOD Pizza. She later texted me that she had a great time. She is suffering from stomach cancer and often is without appetite. Well, she didn’t eat her entire portion today, she really enjoyed the pizza. .

Ordered a pizza, salad, and cheese bread to go. Felt like a burden the entire time. Not saying they need to go all out and put on a performance, but tone of voice and facial expression go such a long way.
Asked for a red sauce and the guy literally tossed the pan he was holding onto a nearby table before begrudgingly getting it for me, like I was his mom asking him to pick up his room.
Went on Saturday, July 12th at 5pm. Disrespectful young kid in baseball cap. Knows nothing about customer service nor how to respect elder customers. A reflection of poor upbringing from their parents! They think they're talking to a 5 year old. Also mumbled disrespectful comments under his breath. Called on Monday, July 11th to speak to the so-called general manager Ben. Apparently his parents did a poor job in raising him. Did not seem to really care of my complaint of his ill manner employee. Will never go to his nor any other Mod Pizza in Tucson.

I love pizza, and I love mod pizza! The mega crust is so thick and puffy and chewy and delicious. All their ingredients are fresh, and they have just about every topping you could want, so it's all made to order. I just wish they hadn't gotten rid of their curbside service, because it was so convenient. Still one of my favorite pizza places, though!

Service and staff were really good. The food was okay, maybe it was just what I ordered, but it was very bland and tasteless. I ordered chicken, bacon, jalapeños with white sauce. The undercarriage was quite burnt. Might return to try something different.
