11/10 I love MOD pizza and have been going for years. This is my new local MOD and I just wanted to share here how awesome the crew who works there is. Crew is CONSISTENTLY super friendly super fast super helpful just all around 11/10 Casey the manager was the first person I met there and Casey always kills it. Super professional and I wish my boss was like Casey. They deserve a raise. Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Casey and the Awesome crew at this mod as always I really appreciate you guys and what you do. I hope your higher ups see this because you guys deserve recognition for your amazing hard work that you guys do EVERY DAY. Keep spreading MODness and giving the best service like you always do guys, rock on

Terrible customer service whoever had the carhartt hat on I wouldn’t keep around. I don’t eat pork neither does my family asked about a clean spatula instantly responded I’m not doing this right now. I asked for his name said nope I asked for the manager, manger didn’t do anything to mend the situation. He sat there by the stove afterwards and was eying me down from behind the counter.

Food was fine. Service was so terrible nobody acknowledged us and all the staff moved so slowly and appeared confused. Experience should have taken 10 min and took 40 min. Will go to a different location next time. Terrible customer service!
