Went in on Thursday the 16th about 7:10, waited in line or twenty minutes while a team member got numbers from a woman in line. Grabbed his and her phone with gloves than expected to make my pizza? Spoke with manager and told him to look as 7 people walked out of the store due to the wait. He said it was due to online orders. We frequent the ina location twice a month and never had this issue, but here today was the worse service ever. Mods please do better!!

As one commenter mentioned, this establishment presses dough sans gloves. This makes COMPLETE SENSE to me. I want a pizza, not plastic. Those machines are hundreds of degrees and the chance of that glove melting onto my crust or injuring the employee...no thanks. Customer service is excellent and the place was super clean!

Andrew created my pizzas today and his customer skills were beyond excellent. I really appreciated his kindness. Was a short wait to get food (at no fault of the staff) but the service was worth it. Will be returning - I hope he gets a raise or promotion
