Jacob was very kind, attentive and ready to take on our truly unlimited topping pizzas. Talked to us about our days and helped our daughter create her own salad with independence and kindness. He’s great and we love MOD. We’ve also had an order mixup at one point and they were awesome at rectifying this for us. We will continue to come back. Ask for Jacob! Thank you!

For teacher appreciation week, the assistant manager was unable to apply the buy-one get-one promotion to our order due to a technicality. We had asked prior to placing our order if it would apply, but once we got to the register, the assistant manager rudely told us that it didn’t apply and there was nothing he could do. The best he could offer was for us to buy another pizza, and shrugged at us.
When the next customer was at the register, he said, “See, now this works, the coupon applies and you get the free pizza.”
For a location like Mod, it was very poor customer service. The assistant manager couldn’t offer a solution or an apology.
