There seems to be some issues at this location. I’ve had good service and food here in the past, but the last few times were very disappointing. I ordered my food through the app, went to get my car washed, went to pick it up and it was sitting there unattended on the production line. The person at the register asked me if I was sure I put an order in. I did. Tea machines were broken. Soda mixtures were out. 2-3 employees standing around looking bored and/or confused. They did apologize a couple of times, but I could see many issues on a night where there were hardly any customers.

The good news the pizza was warm when we received it. Delivery was as stated. We are always looking for Vegan options and found MOD pizza. They had a vegan cheese option I’m pretty sure it was daiya cheese. It was overpriced and not very good. We don’t mind paying for good vegan food but this was the opposite. Definitely will not order from them again. Check our reviews for good vegan options in the area.

Shout out to the workers at MOD. I ordered online and put the wrong time for pick up. I thought my lunch break was noon instead of 1pm. So I showed up an hour late to pick up my pizza. They volunteered to remake it for me!!! You don’t get service like that anywhere. 5 stars. Always excellent!

Look, I don’t care what anyone says… I love this MOD Pizza. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I like the food when I am going for easy, fresh and decent prices. The joint has always been clean when I’ve rolled in AND I dig the mega ‘ding dongs’ by the register.

We come here regularly and it’s been slipping worse, undercooking pizzas to the point the toppings aren’t even warm, and shoving sauces that are touched with bare hands into the pizza(no not the box, the pizza) and rotten grey salami on the line 🤢 health department should check y’all out asap
