Best chocolate in town. Too bad the factory is closed at the moment.

Stars for the kind and understanding barista who had to tell us that their ice cream station was removed and they only had chocolate and vanilla, and no dairy free items as mentioned in reviews. The lack of options in offerings for alt dietary needs meant we left without trying anything. Not sure if it was because we’re in the heat of summer, but there didn’t seem to be much stock to look at or purchase. Felt empty.

Best local chocolate place for amazing chocolate bars and bon bons along with some other special items like chocolate drinks, little gifts and desserts.

$34 for 8 chocolates seems like a lot of money. Chocolate was ok flavor wise. Staff was excellent and kind and helpful. Lots of space to sit and chill.

I’ve lived in Tucson for a few years now, and every time I have visitors I try to bring them here. First off, the space is whimsical and inviting, with fluffy clouds hanging above and an earthy green-blue all around. The display case of truffles, pastries, and ice cream is like something out of a movie. The chocolate itself is complex and balanced. The packaging itself is art. I particularly enjoy the mesquite white chocolate, the hot chocolate, and any of their truffles. They also have a lovely market stocked with local goods and gifts. The last time I was in there, the person at the counter offered recommendations, asked about my favorite flavors, smiled, waited patiently while I took forever to make my selections, and offered samples! The closest thing to perfect customer service (and genuine kindness) you’ll find.

I find myself having to comment on pricing too often in reviews, mostly in response to others’ low reviews based solely on pricing. To be blunt, costs are high because of failed international economic policy first and foremost. If you’re reading this and cost (as opposed to quality, flavor, experience, or anything else) is of utmost concern to you when deciding where to buy chocolate (or any food, for that matter), this might not be the place for you. If you’re willing and able to spend your money on local, quality goods that go the extra mile (and support our local economy) this spot won’t disappoint!

Too expensive I paid $4+ for an Americano and got an 8 oz cup to go. Wrong place to stop.

It's crazy expensive but absolutely adorable.

The staff taking my order were fairly rude and treated me like I was stupid for asking what the roast of their drip coffee was. Was not a busy time of day, I was the only one there.

Beautiful spot but I don’t know maybe be nice to people 🤷‍♀️

The Miso Sesame brownies are deeply missed. Please bring them back!

Just a matter of time before this place goes down. The quality of the products is deteriorating (the ice cream in particular became so bad by comparison to how it used to be made), and the factory is no longer making new products so current stock is likely on a ticking clock. There are numerous, DOZENS of other reasons why you should spend your hard earned money elsewhere, feel free to ask me why. Throw a stone in town and find ANY other location that actually listens to the community and adjusts the menu accordingly instead of overpriced chocolate with limited choices, and thank me later.

Highway robbery! So expensive. Totally not worth it. No wonder no one is here.

Spacious coffee shop with great chocolate inspired drinks. Sonoran hot chocolate and chai are favorites. Pleasant staff. Not too crowded.
