Once again very disappointed. We ordered from Uber..big mistake. Carne asada taco was soggy and meat very dry,cheese enchilada dry horrible, machaca burro meat very dry,guacamole was black. So old. We have ordered mosaic from Uber many times..but this was by far the worst

Came for lunch on Monday at 1130.
4 other tables occupied when I got here. Since I had an hour for lunch, figured would have plenty of time. Was given chips and salsa after ordering which was a good thing, because it took 40 min to get food.

The food is delicious with generous portion sizes. My personal favorites are the guacamole tostadas and the entire breakfast menu. They often have a woman on site making fresh tortillas, and they are delicious. As of January 2025 Mosaic Dos is closing by 4pm and 3pm on Sunday. I don't know when dinner hours will return, so I recommend calling 1st if you're coming from far away.
