We went to Mountain Mike's this evening at the request of our 9 year old son. It's his absolute favorite pizza, he is a little bit of a foodie :) We ended up not making it until near close but that did not change the service, quality and atmosphere we have come to expect and enjoy!
The food was made to perfection! We had a snowy alps pizza and pepperoni as well as the honey hot (can't remember the actual name of these) wings. My son, of course snapped a photo of his first slice of pizza. I'll try to include it with the review.
I wanted to finally, give a special shout out to Arianna (hope your name is spelled the traditional way) Arianna was so welcoming and friendly when we came through the doors, you wouldn't know it was 30 minutes to closing and I would have been internally screaming if I was them and someone walked in and also dined in! I felt so terrible but also my son had been looking so forward to eating there so I set aside my feelings to give my son the experience he wanted and let me tell you, deserved! Back to Arianna, thank you for not perpetuating my feelings of guilt for adding to your workload right before end of shift. You were gracious, kind, thoughtful and genuine! You reassured us that you were there to serve us (which unfortunately included cleaning up my spilled glass of water) and that there was no need for us to feel hurried! Being of service to your customers is what the service industry is all about. Seems pretty obvious but I can nearly count on 1 hand the extraordinary customer service I have gotten this entire year and Arianna you absolutely make that list! Thank you for elevating our experience by sharing your smile and genuine joy with us!
Pizza that is too expensive! & A little spicy, even the plain cheese pizza. Mario's pizza on 1st Ave is the best!

First time visiting your establishment and at first we were going to order a pizza but saw the Buffett for $10 a person. We went with that and found most of the salad bar ingredients to be spoiled and not fresh nor as cold as all should have been. There were a few pizzas and breadsticks to choose from and this pizza is mostly bread (literally), very little sauce and underwhelming. We sat in a both and it was GROSS! The salt and pepper shakers were filled with yucky fingerprints and food. Everything seemed to be very dirty. Will not be returning for little choices, spoiled food and dirty!

1st time we went wasn't pleasant so I tried again with a open mind ... lunch time and not a customer in site and employee seemed bothered I was there to order. Digital menu was so small I asked to see a menu and that also bothered him. $23 for a 12" pizza?? I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. Hate to say it but your employees and steep prices will put you out of business. Never again (.)

9/13/24 I gave 2 ⭐'s because I know the potential and have had great pizzas here prior, but it's definitely the past 6 months or so and maybe even a certain shift.....but we gave it a try again this afternoon, to no avail. There are slices that just don't even have cheese on it nor sauce, patchy sauce everywhere and considering it's nice hot outside, the pizza still seemed aged. I immediately thought to the door dash, but the more you looked at the pizza, it's nothing the driver could've done to it......cheese just missing on slices, cut very poorly, coming from a once pizza worker in my 20's. But the part that got the chip on my shoulder, was the phone worker whom immediately was on the defense, and told me the absurdity of needing to go through Door dash for my refund and not the restaurant......because Door dash made the ? pizza huh ?I mentioned there wasn't even a sticker holding it sealed, which she said "were out of stickers" as if that's the customer fault. I ask "do you guys have tape there?" I told her I'm bringing entire pizza back and would like to speak to management, because she clearly wasn't thinking straight. The manager politely said she'd offer a refund, w/ a slight giggle on the notion of me wanting to bring the pizza back. ? But that's how unappetizing the pizza was presented.....and of course I was starving. I made a sandwich instead. ? Mountain Mike's, but not this location for the full potential unfortunately.

We just moved to the area and my wife said she'd pick up a pizza on the way home. I hopped on google maps and saw this place and figured support something other than Dominos or whatnot. I called in a large cheese. I didn't look at the menu in advance, what could go wrong. Lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, cool. As we were hanging up I asked how much it would cost and she said $26. I thought to myself wow that's nuts, but it's probably some monster NY pizza or something. Wife comes home with a 14" pizza. We open it up and it looks like and tastes like Peter Piper we've brought our kids to may times. Maybe worth $10-$12 at best? Dominos is just as good and I think a 14" is like under $10? Last time we'll be ordering from here. Insane. I get it, inflation yada yada. But this is just stupid prices for a mediocre pizza.

Tried for the first time tonight, not good. Got a specialty pizza, cheese pizza, and garlic cheese bread. The sauce isn’t very good, the pizza was undercooked and doughy. The garlic bread was average. This is a one and done for us.
