So I'm a tourist and am visiting for my nieces 21st bday!! Woot woot! My niece and her friends were celebrating at the club which we started at so my sister and I left to explore. She's showed me around to a couple of places 1st and then we ended up and finished the night up at Mr. Heads. JOSE our bartender was so cordial and real that I wanted to give him praise. He even gave me a sticker to promote the place and remember in my travels. Excellent in attitude, excellent service and great place to vibe out at. The eMcee and DJ were dope too! Ty Jose...you my friend deserve a raise!!

I grew up from pretty young in Tucson most of my life and lived there for about 30 years, but moved away a few years ago.
Mr Heads was, and probably still is, a great place to listen to excellent music and chat with random cool people.... That being said.... If you aren't black or Hispanic the bartenders and bouncers WILL target you and treat you poorly. I have seen that happen probably 20 times in years past since they opened, and it just happened when I stopped by there on vacation into town to see some family and friends. It's 2025 and about to be 2026, guys...no one wants to be harassed for some weird agenda. Treat people as you'd treat yourself and your friends. It's not rocket science, and people aren't out to get you.

After walking most of Tucson, hiking up Sentinel Peak, walking back, and finding myself on Fourth Street, I was thirsty. Mr. Heads seemed like a worthy place to stop, and I want disappointed. Great atmosphere, stellar tunes, impressive art, and a great selection of beverages took great care of me!

Went to this place once and got talked to and treated like trash. Some chick was dancing around bleeding everywhere (she broke a glass I think) She got blood all over me, my friend, and some other girl. All on our faces everything. The line for the women’s bathroom was very long. There was no line for the men’s bathroom. We ran in left the door open to try to wash the blood off. Security started yelling at us to get out immediately when we try to explain he would not even acknowledge we were speaking and became more aggressive. They didn’t say anything to the girl bleeding everywhere… who knows if she had HEP C or HIV. I will never be back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
This is the BEST bar in Tucson!!! The Security is always friendly but does an exceptional job when necessary. The bartenders are great and helpful when choosing drinks.

I’m not too sure what was up with Tim, (bartender with glasses and no hair) but honestly, insanely rude. We came in for karaoke and I’ve never seen someone openly act annoyed and aggressively sigh at every order. Karaoke was amazing, but when you’re scared to order from the bartender because he’s openly making it a problem to serve anyone, it’s just bad for business. I honestly wouldn’t come back solely for the service, but I loved the atmosphere. I don’t know, I’ve genuinely never been treated as such, and it happened to everyone in my friends group and across the bar.
