Killer pork ribs, great bark and smoke layer. I love the crispy bits and the fatty chunks. Their house BBQ sauce is sweet, savory, and spiced well. Hot links melt in your mouth and the brisket doused in sauce won't do you wrong. Don't miss their beans...insane flavor on those. I would come here just for those flavor packed beans. This stuff is made with love!
BBQ sauce (& meats - hot links, brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, & 'sloppy joe style' burnt ends) + sides (mac-n-cheese, collard greens, potato salad, coleslaw, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, & Texas beans) were all yummy! And the owner is AMAZING (friendly, welcoming, outgoing, & a good cook). ;-) Gracias!!
I hate to not give Mr. K 5 stars all the way down because his food is awesome.. the ribs, coleslaw and mac and cheese were off the chart. The Brisket was good but not the best I ever had. Please don't get me wrong, this is one of the top 10 BBQ places I have ever been.
