So I went to a 1215 movie on May 5th, and wanted to get my son a quick bite to eat before the the hour movie. So I jumped in the empty line at the register. The manager appeared to be training a new hire in how to make the big cookies. I decided to be polite and let them finish, so I just stood there quietly for a couple minutes. They clearly saw me, and looked at me a couple times without acknowledgement. I finally asked if they were open and if I could order something. He said "not right now, I'm showing her how to make these." I went next door and got terrible Arby's. While eating our food I watched a family basically experience the exact same thing I did except they weren't even acknowledged. They just walked away looking very confused. Absolutely terrible management. Even if they were closed temporarily or something (no sign), the service was laughable for a business struggling to stay in business. That said, I'm actually thankful for this experience. The failure in management probably saved me terrible food poisoning. I just read that they were shut down today; two days after our experience. The pictures of the sanitary conditions there are deplorable!
