Native Grill & Wings

Poor service. Out of most things we ordered then mixed up our order twice. Floor is slippery and the chair one of our kids was on fell over. My glass of water was never refilled and my daughters glass of soda was dirty and we sent it back.

The food I love everything that I try I love and the service is wonder the are very nice and kind .

We had a party of 13 so I know it's no easy task. While the food was good, the service was very poor. Nobody came and checked on any of us for refills. I had to track down some other server who was not part of the people helping us to come and get us refills. And that was the only time we got refills, nobody came after that. I had placed an order of fries with my wings but after eating all my wings I had to track down the server to ensure not to charge me for the fries I never received. We were there celebrating a birthday and it took forever to receive the dessert he had requested. We all left a reasonable tip because servers should always be tipped, but I really considered not leaving one because of how poor the service was. Nobody came to offer more napkins or wet wipes or more dipping sauce. My first time eating here and was very disappointed. Once the food was ordered and brought out it seemed like nobody cared about our party and it showed. I will say to all people with big parties maybe reconsider going to a different place.

WORST EVER!!! I had a raw chicken wing last night and I got so sick. I understand that it was the wing special night but that's so wrong. I just wrote this review to warn people and for the restaurant to be more careful.

There was a little wait but worth it. The menu had plenty to choose from including drink specials. The restaurant itself was clean and the tables were clean had no food crumbs from the previous occupant.

Plain and simple, if the pizza weren’t so good I would never come back. I used to order from this place every single Tuesday the same thing like clockwork and I’d say eight out of 10 times something would happen with the order whether it wasn’t ready or we had bad service. We kept coming back solely for the Pizza. I recently decided to come back to them after a 10 month hiatus thinking maybe things are turned around but sadly it’s more of the same, but I gave them another chance because of the pizza. Maybe it’s my fault thinking things would change. Very sad since the food is so good.

Very bad service, I have been a customer for a long time. I went to dinner and waited more than 45 minutes for them to bring me the food. They first served other people who arrived after me and my food was never brought to me. The very unprofessional manager ignored me and racist left me talking to myself

This is the better option in this area in all categories, specialty foods aside. Service, value and food quality are all superior. This is as a bar patron. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a restaurant for any kind of group or family outing either.

@Nativewings Spectrum Mall…..Jenn is the best waitress whom I engage with. My brother and I show up every Tuesday. And before we walk in she has our drinks waiting for us.

Kid-friendliness: She welcomes my grandson by name. And gets him his strawberry lemonade as soon as he walks in.

My wife and I had a good experience last night. Good service. Good wings and fries. The bathroom needed cleaning and numerous TV's had froze which made watching the baseball playoffs rather challenging. Heck of a lot better experience than my recent experiences at B Dubs.

Today I had the best experience ever , and all because of Clarissa the girl who was bartending today, got my drinks on point and also my food , always kept checking up on me and my friends if we were okay . I can say that because of her I will be going back to this location to have a great time and have awesome drinks
