One of my best Chinese All you can eat places in town. Never had any issues. Thanks
Filthy. Food tasted stale/freezer burned. Told hostess, was told they don't care. Would not refund price - even though you now have to pay before entering. Would never ever eat there again. It's nasty!
Ordered pickup and they refused to give me my food. They deducted money from my account and refused to give me my food.
Very poor service and smelled of sewage.

Walking into the New China Sushi Grill Buffet is like stepping into a world where culinary delights await at every turn. The ambiance of the restaurant exudes warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming environment for diners of all ages. The decor strikes a perfect balance between traditional Chinese elements and modern aesthetics, showcasing vibrant colors and intricate designs that draw the eye. The cheerful chatter of families and friends adds to the lively atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for gatherings.
One of the most striking features of this buffet is the efficiency of the service. Customers are greeted swiftly and graciously by attentive staff who are eager to assist. There is an undeniable commitment to customer satisfaction, evident in the way the staff navigates the dining area, ensuring that every need is met without delay. Notably, the lack of waiting time for food is refreshing, allowing patrons to dive right into the diverse culinary offerings without unnecessary interruptions.
The star of the culinary experience, however, is undoubtedly the food. Each bite is a burst of flavor, showcasing perfectly cooked chicken that pairs seamlessly with the tangy pineapple. This particular dish has become a signature offering, luring diners back time and again to savor its deliciousness.

Families will find themselves immersed in a culinary adventure that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also fosters cherished memories, making it a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts.
Worst Chinese food in my life! Crab Rangoons had no crab, chicken on a stick was cold and spring rolls had a chemical taste to them. If you want Chinese, better chances of Panda Express. Don’t waste your time.

Hi. Lulu here again, and I am not pleased to say this place is the worst Americanized Chinese buffet you could ever go to! Do not, I repeat, do not eat there, especially if you are part of the LGBTQA+ community. I dropped by the 7th of January, 2025, for a quick bite on my birthday, and the energy was way off, not something you want to experience on your birthday. The area in which the restaurant is adequate but the service is terrible, maybe others would say that they received service worth liking the place despite how run down it looks, dining seats torn, carpet stains everywhere and when I asked the establishments Asian host/ server to come see by raising my hand and facing him, as you do when you require service in exchange for what you paid, which was almost $15 for one adult, (ridiculous pricing), he just stood and stared at me for a good 4 seconds (awkward), I began to stare right back waving my hand a tad faster this time he never took his eyes off of me, then in approximately 5 more seconds he comes to my table with attitude for no reason. I did nothing wrong to deserve this, left me with an unwelcoming feeling. I have no clue why this man acted this way toward me, a paying customer, but it happened anyway, and I don't want it to happen to you. There's already enough negativity in the world to be going through this. Avoid this place, like i said, especially if you are part of the LGBTQA+ community. There are plenty of other Chinese food buffets in Tucson to choose from. Take care, everyone.

I'm pleasantly surprised. Sometimes, I wonder if the waitress staff (yes, waitressess because i did not see any male servers) have tried their own food and compared to other places. I was so delighted when I took my first bite of sticky white rice...it was perfect! Yes, delicious WHITE Rice.. I was amazed at how the Beef Broccoli..the Broccoli was saute to a point where it was perfect. It still had crunch but saturated with a delicious sauce, which is not easy to accomplish. I could taste an oyster sauce in that.. I will say that the place needs an uplifting. That food deserves to be beautifully displayed..

Stinky restrooms. Older decor. Not a lot of options of food. Very limited and not so fresh.

Four stars for the food but the place can use a make over feels old and dimly lit
It's so hard to find a buffet these guys actually care!
The building itself appears more like a hacienda style restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. The exterior is a bit dilapidated though and the patios are closed to the public. The interior relies too heavily on wood paneling and painted stucco. The dining areas are spacious though. The restrooms are clean, average, and modern in design.
Wheelchair accessibility: ONLY the reserved meeting room is not wheelchair accessible.

The "sushi" is just California Rolls, or a fishless roll with dyed carrots made to look like salmon. There aren't even heads and eyes on the fried shrimp. The head is the best part.
Fake Chinese food buffet is greasy and lots of dropped food sitting counter.
A kid dropped jello and ate off the floor.
The shumi had a gob of hoof contents inside when I cut it open. See picture.
One and I'm done. No one should eat here for $15 all you can eat unless you've made a first attempt at leaving your dilapidated recliner and want something worse than pork rinds.
Unusual amount of failure.
