It was good.

Was my go to spot to pick up delicious masala sauce for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the cashier essentially stole from me. I placed an over the phone order, as I usually do. I was told $23 and some change, so I loaded $24 dollars onto my card. The card declined for some reason, so I loaded more money onto it. Once I left I noticed the receipt said $27 dollars because a $4 dollar tip was added? Worse yet the actual charge on my card was $33.50... an unauthorized tip of $10 on a pick up order for two people?? Are you joking? This is THEFT! I will not be returning here, and I reccomend everyone to do the same

Best Indian in town I’ve found. We frequent here quite often for take out and dining in. Service can sometimes be slow if it’s busy but the food is worth the wait and staff is friendly. Good size portions for the price too! Love it

Delicious food, great staff, and enjoyable atmosphere.

Had an awful experience there this weekend. We went on Saturday evening and waited maybe 20 minutes for a table, even though restaurant was only half full. Service was so, so slow. Waited maybe 45 minutes for main dishes to arrive. Only half of us were offered drink refills. When food arrived, one dish was barely warm, two people were given the wrong dishes by the waitress and didn't realize until half way through eating. The naan bread wasn't cooked properly and was raw dough a the edges. I don't know what is going on there, it's our first visit and won't be going back again.

The kitchen is extremely dirty and unsanitary. The manager is a horrible woman that picks and chooses how she treats employees.

Probably the best chicken masala either one of us have had in Tucson. A lot of obvious spices but not hot unless you request it. Everyone very much enjoyed the meal. Large portions!!

We decided to order takeout. The staff was quick to take our order, and they even offered suggestions. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out of the kitchen, and they continued to check on us as we waited. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Peshawari Lamb Chops.

Been coming here for years and count this among our favorite restaurants in Tucson for dine-in or takeaway. Friendly wait staff, delicious food, and excellent portions. Negative reviews (mostly very old) criticize the lack of buffet (it's not always on offer) or rice not included with meals (but it is). Even "medium" spice can be spicy, so order accordingly. I highly recommend the murgh hyderabadi. The naan is huge (be ready to share).

Vegetarian options: Mixed vegetable curry can be ordered spicy if desired.

New Delhi Palace has great food options, even Vegan and Gluten Free.

The naan was the size of an 8 inch pizza, so dig in. The Tikka Masala has the right amount of spices. I had mild this time, I’ll go hotter next time.

I took home some Gulab Jamun.

The food was pretty good, we went because online said there was a buffet, there wasn't. The service was very nice. Order the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka masala.

The food! The atmosphere! The service! New Dehli Palace has become my new favorite restaurant!! As soon as you walk in you get greeted by the nicest staff. The cooks really put in work because every time I receive my meal it comes out quick and it’s delicious every time!! 10/10 definitely recommend! Lamb Tikka Masala is the best!!?
