“Perfect spot for Sunday lunch with a good friend. We highly recommend the refreshing watermelon 🍉 margaritas and mango ceviche, followed by the chicken tinga bowl and dulce de leche chocolate cake. Great ambiance and amazing service. We will definitely be back again soon!“

“Really like the new renovations! However was disappointed in the service. Usually El Sur has quick responsive service but this time not so. Ordered side of sour cream which was never received. Had to ask for more chips and salsa. Never even offered the peppers/onions like they used to. Felt like food has changed and lost some of its authentic flavors. Rice was more bland and Whole beans usually good but this time very bland and not cooked as much. We don’t eat lard or pork so whole beans are only option so it was disappointing that they weren’t as good as they used to be.“

“We found this palace by accident and are so glad we did. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. I will recommend it from the mountain tops. We will be back!“

“I can't have spice, jalapeños and so on, and that includes black pepper. I told the server no spice but forgot to mention pepper. The food was so good but there was too much black pepper for me. Our waiter got me a glass of milk and profusely apologized. I'd still recommend their food. Oh and I got a Prickly Pear margarita; it was soo good, nice and smooth. Everyone else in our party loved their meals. My youngest got a Basque cheesecake with carmel sauce for dessert and loved it. The tiramisu was fabulous. We had reservations for Sunday dinner so it was pretty quiet since most folks had already checked out of the hotel.“

“What a great find during our visit to the University of Arizona! After touring the beautiful campus (and I highly recommend checking out the tree ring lab if you haven’t already), we took a stroll through downtown Tucson before heading back to our hotel. After browsing a few shops, we were ready for a bite, and we’re so glad we stumbled upon Agave House.
This isn’t your typical Mexican food. It’s a step up, with unique flavors and an upscale twist that made it stand out. We sat at a bar-style table on the outdoor patio, which was the perfect spot for people-watching while enjoying our meal. The food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a great overall experience.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend making a stop at Agave House. You won’t be disappointed!“
