This is the first time and will be the last time I order from this restaurant. Being a Vietnamese food lover and have been dining at many different viet restaurants over the years, this one is by far the worst. First they didn’t give me everything to the my take-out order. I went back they corrected it. However what really made me upset was the grilled pork. Unlike typical, normal grilled pork you’d expect, these meat looked red in color and the texture just didn’t look right. Sure enough they were chewy and many part of the meat can’t break down by chewing—like really bad cut of meat that were tinted with color to disguise their texture—where I have to toss quite a few pieces. Also there were bad after tastes in my mouth—like the oil they used were rancid or probably recycled from frying? Anyway this is the end for me going back there.

Sat down ordered appetizers and food. IT HAS BEEN 50 MINUTES since 2 different groups sat down and ordered after me. They got their drinks and appetizer before me. The guy who took our order was not organized. He mistakenly had another girl take our order when we informed her we're waiting for our food. Walked out. I ain't waiting for something takes less than 15 minutes to bring out at a restaurant known for its pho.

I came in yesterday with my two kids waited over a half an hour. One of your servers is running around extraordinarily stressed out stressing out your other servers and made me feel so uncomfortable and continue to yell at me when I said are you OK not only did he do this but he decided to mean Dog my child what kind of business allows this I will never ever go here again. Shame on you.

I don’t think I have been treated so nonchalantly and disrespectfully by waitstaff here ever. The food is on point, but service is disrespectful. Hostess was dismissive and commanding as if my business was an inconvenience. Just walked in and sat like a child to order take out. I get it- we’re all busy. But I would wait patiently and sit accordingly for good food with busy service staff if not for being treated like a hassle or a child. Service was tipped well. Food is delicious. Hostess needs an attitude adjustment.

I wanted bun (vermicelli bowl) with grilled chicken and the usual fixings (lettuce, cilantro, sprouts, chopped peanuts. fish sauce, etc.) but it was only on the menu with pork. I asked if they could substitute chicken and they said no, even though there was another bun dish with both chicken and shrimp. So, I had to order the bun with pork, even though I really wanted chicken. The pork was tasty enough, but it was mostly fat, so I had to discard most of it. As for the service, it was very poor. It took a long time for someone to come and take our order. After our food was served, nobody came by to check on us and see if everything was OK, or if we needed anything (I needed more fish sauce and had to go up and ask for it). Then we asked for the check a couple times and we waited a long time but nobody brought it, so we had to go up to the cash register to get it and pay for our meal. We will not be back, and will be looking for a better Vietnamese option in the area.

There was 1 server and almost all of the tables were dirty. We waited 15 minutes before someone even greeted us, and once we ordered they were out of meat for the dish we wanted. It was atrocious. Environment was filthy and service was absent completely.

My children asked me for this for their birthday dinner so we brought them thinking the experience would be different from last and nope still the same from almost a year ago the server/waiter was rude as hell to everyone that walked in , he just shouldn’t be there at all because thats the vibe he gave off like he hated being there and hated everyone including his job!
On the bright side the waitress was a sweetheart. Food was decent but this guy made the atmosphere very unwelcoming.

Go here if you're desperate, the service was horrendous. This was my second time, the first time bas service as well. Was trying to give them a chance.

Having just moved back to Tucson after almost 16 years, I was excited to see how the restaurant landscape had changed. With high hopes, my family and I decided to try Pho Newton. My wife ordered our food for takeout and killed the wait time at a park with our toddler. When she returned, the cashier told her they had forgotten to place the order! She waited for them to rush the order, got our food, and headed home. When she got home, we noticed that they did give us all the items we ordered. With a frustrated acceptance, we fed our toddler, put him to bed, and ate what we had. This is when we found out that the order was entirely wrong. After three strikes, this restaurant lost us as customers. The fourth strike came in the flavor. This is some of the most below-average Pho I have eaten, and that alone would keep me from returning. Don't waste your time, money, and the headache of hoping they can get your order correct.

When I returned to pickup the order, they hadn't put it in. So when they input our order again, they did it incorrectly and forgot one of the soups. We later also found out that they didn’t put the rare beef in with my husbands (very expensive, average tasting) bowl of oxtail Phò. I didn't find out about either until I got home. I live15 minutes away, so understandably frustrating. This place has lost our business before it's begun. We love Vietnamese food and are new to town- but we will not be going back after the headache this has caused. Something that should have taken 20 minutes took well over an hour of my time.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. The service was terrible. I ordered a vegetarian dish that arrived with heaps of meat. Some of the meat was unidentifiable and my husband who loves meat also didn’t know what he was looking at. When I told the server this was not what I ordered she said someone would come over. No one ever did. And she also couldn’t identify the meat on my plate… My husband’s food had a hard piece of black plastic in it. We ordered boba that came when we were done eating. That is how long we waited for it. Just awful. Do not come here. Good boba tho.

The two of us came here for dinner the other night. It is great to see this place fix the one issue it had, which was the service. It seemed like the people running the place wanted to do everything themselves, but now that they have established themselves and hired people for the front of the house.The food is still delicious and the service is on point. We always get the shrimp spring rolls and the bbq pork spring rolls so we can both have one of each. Pho has always been delicious here, so we tried the imperial fried rice tonight, and it was great. The taro snow drinks are also delicious. Keep up the great work, guys.
