Petty Thievery Ruins otherwise Stellar Dining Experience. I’ve been a regular customer since its opening. I noticed last year they began charging a $3 surcharge to use credit and debit cards. Today, I received my bill and noticed for the first time, that they include the additional $3 surcharge in the bill they brought to the table even though I planned to pay cash. When I questioned the server, he claimed that the total shown on my bill, was not actually the true total, and gave me a song and dance about them making the correction when I went to pay my bill. In essence, if you do pay cash and leave it on the table, they pocket the extra $3.

We were in the area and craving pho, so we decided to give this place a try. We were greeted promptly and seated without any wait. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable dining experience.
We ordered a large pho tái, wonton wrapped with pork and vegetables (egg rolls), and an iced coffee. The food was fine overall. Everything tasted decent, but nothing stood out. Having eaten at countless Vietnamese restaurants both in and out of state, this meal fell squarely into the “average” category. It satisfied the craving, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
The biggest disappointment was the iced coffee. I was expecting traditional Vietnamese coffee brewed with a phin filter and condensed milk. Instead, I was served a pre mixed iced coffee that lacked the bold, rich flavor Vietnamese coffee is known for. What made this more disappointing was that the menu photo clearly showed a phin filter, which set an expectation that wasn’t met.

The cooks are pulled overtime because the food is hands down amazing. But im trying to get the owners attention as the staff is consistently horrible. Wow ive never been to a place with just out of this park food but let down so hard by the staff. Its echoed in other posts, but they realllllllllly dont care or pay any attention. Expect bad service but amazing food!

Service is beyond bad. Just don't go here, there are better quality Pho places in Tucson, and ANYWHERE has better service.

Service is always great , food is 10/10 amazing every single time especially dining in, the atmosphere is like non other . Absolutely best in Tucson thank you for always providing a wonderful experience.
We’ve been to this restaurant a few times before and always enjoyed it, but unfortunately, our most recent visit was a letdown. When we arrived, we were basically left to seat ourselves, which was fine, but then we waited a long time with no service. A young staff member brought us water and menus without a word, and no one came to take our order after that. We ended up leaving after waiting quite a while because it really felt like we were being overlooked. We hope they can improve their service because we used to love coming here!

I've always found the food and service to be 5 star. They are also open late and local. Portions are good.

The food is amazing! Best pho in town in my opinion. Service is not great. It feels like they are understaffed every time I go.

The drink tasted like soap and the food they brought was entirely wrong and their unwillingness to fix everything makes it less than one star

Was hungry for pho I didn't know we had a new place just down the road. Tried the soup, it had a good flavor and lots of veggies and meat, I am not one for meatballs because I don't like sausage, am sure it gives nutrition to the soup. Which, is exactly what I wanted. It was a large soup so I will have the rest for dinner. Also tried the shrimp rolls with peanut sauce they were good as well , feeling the carrots should be inside the wrap I had to pick them up with every bite . Overall, the rolls were tasty and fresh.
Also got a vermicelli bowl for this evening. No cooking today! I did eat the rolls with the soup and they were good. I am sure the vermicelli bowl will be good as well, the only thing I am used to getting with that dish is some julianne cucumber/ carrots/bean sprouts/crushed peanuts and lettuce with it. Luckily, I do have a cucumber so I will just throw that in the vermicelli bow. I actually give them a 4 1/2 stars as I am sure not all the restaurants make their dishes the same way. I am pretty sure my other favorite restaurant puts a pickled julianne cucumber in the shrimp rolls as well as fresh mint, not cilantro.
The peanut sauce seemed a little WHIPPY? I am used to it being more peanut butter flavored and a little darker in color. But still there is none left! There was a good amount of it for both rolls. I look forward to going again as all the dishes were quite yummy! I will also add I did want to get a delivery but they don't quite have that set up yet. We are only 5 miutes away so I just picked it up and they came out within a minute of me calling them. Hoping they add a Grilled Chicken Vermicelli bowl to the menu. As that is my favorite dish. It's 2025 still no grilled chicken vermicelli bowls? They also have mint, pickled carrots and cucumbers shredded with bean sprouts, fish sauce.
