Recent Reviews

Visited the Ni Hao Tea on Broadway in Tucson and ordered the Thai milk tea with boba. The service was genuinely good. Staff was friendly, quick, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the drink didn’t live up to the experience. The Thai milk tea had almost no flavor, which was disappointing, and the boba pearls were extremely rubbery and tough instead of soft and chewy.

I might come back to try a different drink since the customer service...

The atmosphere is really cozy which makes it nice for studying and hanging out. The boba is impeccable and probably has been the best I've had since coming to Tucson so I'll be coming by much more frequently.

Best boba in Tucson, imo! Love the add-in options, the ability to adjust sweetness, the flavors, the ambience, even the cups are cute sometimes! This is the best kept secret in Tucson! 🤩
