Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, ever, no drive through speaker, and the restaurant looks dirty and worn down. For two orders of rolled tacos and asked for the one with chicken to have no guac and the beef one to have the included guac, well they mixed it up which would be fine if they served it on the side but they smother half of the rolled taco in it so we couldn't even swap because my husband is allergic. Tried to cut off the ends that weren't smothered in guac and one of them didn't even have any chicken in it. The California burrito lacked flavor and was mostly potatoes and the breakfast burrito was the same. Recommend the location on 29th and Alvernon over this one. Honestly a waste of money
Great food, great gal behind counter.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in town.. Always gets my order correct the first time,,
The drive-thru speaker was broken. The food seemed kinda small compared to other locations. The staff was great and professional they just need the proper equipment to do thier job more efficiently.
One burrito for 13 bucks is outrageous Typically California burrito has guacamole but they did not serve it here. Place is outdated and the service wasn’t great. On the menu show the picture of a burrito with guacamole and the label says California. But she argued with me and said no it doesn’t take it. I’ve been going here since I was a teenager. I grew up in this same neighborhood. This place needs to be remodeled. And the menu should be more accurate. Prices keep going up and customer service keeps going down. Probably won’t come back.
Need to work on cooking skills on customer service

I was doing the lonely divorced guy and got some food to share with my mum on Thanksgiving( she's confined to her home 😬). Nico's stayed open just long enough to get me some grub, the food was great... Gracias Amigos y Amigas!

Nicos has The Best Mexican food! The service is great, the staff are all very friendly. The prices reasonable. But Dude! Fix this place up! You are always busy! Fix the speaker already!!! Its been broke for like 5 years!! Update the place a little bit. Ive been eating here for longer than I want to say and Nothing changes! Your menu board is sad. The drive up area is sad. Your employees even look sad sometimes, because its so dingy. But your food is great!

Holy crap. Made me sick almost immediately. The meat looked weird but I still ate it because I was hungry.
Good food, but expensive.
Not the best attitude.

Love me that Nico's! Love especially the breakfast burrito. But nothing on that menu is off limits for me. The staff is friendly. It has a child friendly atmosphere. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. It was more food than I could eat so my sister and I split a breakfast burrito. They serve breakfast all day. It was clean and neat in there and the staff worked efficiently
Parking: There is ample parking on the south and Eastern part of the building. There was limited parking on the North and West sides
Kid-friendliness: I do not know if they have a children's menu but I have seen children in there and they are treated often. With respect and they seem to enjoy their experience at Nico's. I can only deduce that children are welcome here
Wheelchair accessibility: Entering the building if I were in a wheelchair would be most difficult as there were steps and no electric doors. The doors were heavy.
The bathroom did have plenty of room for a wheelchair and the dining area also could accommodate wheelchair

Food is good but a little pricey, and the flies are out of control. Do not recommend eating in.
