Walked in this morning 8:35am doors are open. Guy behind the counter yelled we open at 9:00am . Well if you open at 9:00am you should keep the doors closed till 9:00am .guy behind the counter says you are here now what do you want I'm not turning away money. So I ordered a tea. Once I got back to my car with my hot tea. I said to myself I shouldn't drink this tea it was make with hate .so I placed it in the trash..too many good places in tucson to put up with kind of service first thing in the morning. Bye bye nobilitea

I drank inside, which probably was my major mistake. The space is deeply unpleasant, uncomfortable chairs, echoing ceilings, a bewildering panoply of poorly organized menu choices. The man who helped me was lovely, can't fault him at all, but the drink I received was a hideous sugary nightmare that tasted like a melted scented candle.This might be a great place to purchase loose-leaf tea to take home, but as a place to go out for tea I cannot counsel against it strongly enough.

Second time here. I’ve now tried the fireside marshmallow and the superstition, both frozen. Staff is friendly and helpful and the drinks are absolutely delicious. Super creative and super tasty. Unfortunately a little addictive.. lol. I want to try the regular iced teas too but everything else on the menu is always looking too good!

Came to Tucson for the day and past this place and I had to try it OMG it's so good !!! Wow !! They have an extensive menu with many varieties of premium teas , fresh baked cookies and delicious drinks . I ordered a Brown Sugar cinnamon Chai took my breath away . My friend got a Blueberry lemonade slushee .

I went to pick up a Doordash order from this location and was surprised by how friendly the service was. The man handling the order was cracking jokes while giving me updates on the order status and made sure the order was bagged properly before handing it off to me. Seems like a nice place!
We are obsessed with this place!!! Everybody who works here is so kind and polite and fun. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've seen in many years. We like to go after school for a treat and it's a really great place to do homework, relax,and have good quality family time. They have games on the front counter that you can bring back to your table and that makes it really fun. And the drinks are so delicious and fun to customize. The kids added 2 different flavors of boba.

I love this place! I wandered in one day and was greeted with the most friendly faces, and amazing assortment of tea. They have everything from Boba to chai to tea on tap and looseleaf. The establishment is clean, friendly and fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need a little refresher in your day or somewhere to study!
