Stopped in here for dinner & a drink. It’s physically connected to the Doubletree hotel, but also has a direct entrance from the parking lot. Bartender was great. Hard worker & personable. Food was good. Quite loud.

The atmosphere is lacking, and there is no character. The service was fine but not really friendly. The food was formulaic and not explained well on the menu or when ordering. The chips and salsa were not good it seemed to be straight out of a jar. These opinions come considering the cost. It is quite expensive given the quality. I would not eat here again.

We stopped for convenience and someone nearby told us Noble was good food. They were correct. Clean, great service and the food exceeded our expectations. I had sea bass and that is my fave fish: it was perfect as were the mashed potatoes and peas- fresh and perfectly prepared. Their burgers have an putter crunch yet moist inside, which we love. Drinks were nicely poured. Great experience and we will return regularly.

The atmosphere was pleasant and they are dog friendly here with a kids menu. They have a great selection of brews on tap and craft IPA's for the heavy drinker. A menu with some great burgers and a whole lot of other options I won't dive into but this is a must experience in the evening with the sunset and heaters outside is spectacular.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menuMac n Cheese (FYI I think it's made with beer cheese)Sliders and FriesChicken Strips and Fries

Parking: It is located in the Double Tree hotel parking lot but is completely separate from the Double Tree. (It's not a hotel bar)

The nachos are awesome. They can feed 5 people for appetizers and 2-3 for a meal. The food was great too. Didn't take too long and was very tasty. Our waitress was so kind too. The people here are great and very thoughtful.

Good food. Very clean. Nice spot to eat, fellowship, and watch sporting games.

When we arrived there was 1 other person in the bar/restaurant. The bartender came right away with menus and asked for our drink order. When drinks were brought we ordered our food, the serving of the foods was overly slow, 25 - 30 minutes. The bright all th3 items at the same time, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. My wife had a burger and she was sick shortly after the meal. I would not recommend this location for anything other than drinks.

We went to Noble Hops because it was close to our lodging. Mistake. Large dining room, largely empty. That should have been a clue. My wife ordered a hamburger with poblano peppers on it and thought it quite good. I ordered fish and chips chips without first asking if the fish was cod; my mistake. Damn sure wasn’t cod. Might have been carp for all the flavor it didn’t have. Lumpy, not flaky. Ugh! Chips were good, not great. Service so-so. Price was outrageous for the food, close to $60!

The Cobb salad was a 5 rating for sure! My wife's French dip was average at best. Skyler was our server who went out of his way to take care of us. Appreciated the outdoor seating since we are not dining in.Enjoyed the well brand tequila at a very fair price.

Everything about Noble Hops is a five star experience. The service is great and the unique variety of dishes available make it a great place for groups of people to get their fix.

This establishment was next to my hotel. I thought wonderful after a long day of traveling my family can relax at a convenient dinner. I was so wrong. We arrived at the host stand where a staff member barked at us how many and hold on. Not the best greeting. Then we sat and waited while being ignored. My family never even got to order drinks. There was only 2 other tables and 4 severs. The male sever looked lost wondering around. We decided to leave because no one wanted to sever us. My family felt very unwelcome. Do not recommend. Terrible service.

Great beer selection. Food was OK, I had the taco platter, Carne asada and one with fried fish. The sides were OK, beans and tacos weren't much better than I make myself. Service is great and friendly.

Attached but not part of Hilton - Doubletree and recently opened. Stood waiting for several minutes in a virtually empty restaurant before a server bothered to come over. Ordered a starter and two mains and the server confirmed we wanted the starter first. The starter was "brewers board offering" The three grilled sausages were excellent but the large pile of processed cheese was very poor. Rest was an odd combination of dried fruits, blue chesse and jam, good in parts. The main issue was the entrees arrived when we had barely started the starter so we sent them back. We are convinced the same entrees re-appeared after we'd given up on the starter though the server refuted this. In any event my the batter on my fish was really soggy and my wife;s steak cold so we returned them. Early days for this palce but not a good start.

Nobel Hops is a fantastic place to dine outside on their awesome patio. The draft beef selection is extensive and has a flavor for everyone! Awesome establishment!

Nice patio and dining area. Beer is good. Food is expensive and mediocre for the price. Good selection of appetizers but not much else. $14 burger doesn't even include a side. Lettuce, tomato, etc on the side were clearly not fresh. The beans and cheese dip included with the taco platter had crusted over and clearly had been sitting out for too long.
