The Bundt cakes have a terrible after taste. The frosting is not the same, less cream cheese and more artificial flavor/sweetener??? Paid $25 for a custom assortment and I’m not satisfied. Not sure if the recipe changed or what, cake density was undercooked.

Ordered a dozen mini cakes w Turkeys and Pilgrims...and a small cake. When opened on TG morning none of the decorations were attached. Even to topper to the red velvet cake had a nice indent but no topper.Perhaps showing the item to the customer first would have avoided the surprise. I trusted it to be right.

I had made an order for delivery 2 weeks in advance and requested to have it delivered at a certain time. Although it was not guaranteed it’d be delivered at the time it was requested, the general manager, Kelsey, and her assistant manager took the time out of their day to deliver it themselves. I was stunned by how proactive they were and it truly made my day. Thank you so much again!!

Ordered my dozen assortment of Bundtini's online. I selected 1 Confetti Cake specifically for a little girls bday. Confetti cake is her favorite. Not only did I not get it, nobody called to tell me. Nobody said a word on pickup. Im sure had I ordered in the store in person they would have said something. Its the principle of getting what you paid for. Nothing Bundt being the negative topic of conversation for the evening. Small place, lots of gift ideas. Cakes were good, service is questionable.

There is nothing like a NBC! The service is consistently wonderful... kind and attentive staff. A huge plus that you can now order online and pickup! My favorite flavors are the strawberry and red velvet. We recently tried the churro bundtlet and highly recommend! Their decorated cakes are always show stoppers!

I had Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time. I ordered the Red Velvet Bundt cake for my birthday.The environment was fun, and playful. I know plenty of people that would say this is by far their favorite cake shop, if they had one in their state. Their cakes would be fun to bring to almost any event. I could see their cakes being at a 1 to 100+ year old's birthday, weddings, baby showers, tea parties, or heck even work events. The service was good, they took care of my concerns.The cake was a good 9/10 in my opinion. It was a little too sweet, and I didn't love the chocolate chips in it, but other than that it was good. The cake was moist and tasted like how a red velvet should. The icing didn't have any weird flavors, it was how it should be on a red Velvet cake (cream cheese icing).I would recommend this shop 9/10, and I would buy from them again.

We only go to this store because of Sarah, who is the best employee we have ever come into contact with! She is the nicest person and always so professional yet so happy and smiling, making us feel great about buying ourselves and our many clients the cute lil cakes from here.As long as Sarah is here, we will never go anywhere else! She deserves a huge raise and needs to be told “great job Sarah”! She truly is an asset to this company ❤️

The best store bought cake I’ve ever had! I’ve had probably 8 cakes and a bunch of cupcakes over the past four years and they are consistently delicious, moist and amazing! I love the raspberry white chocolate and the blueberry cakes, but my favorite of all time though is the key lime flavor! The only thing that makes me sad is the key lime flavor is only a limited time flavor. I wish it was year round!

We were very happy with the service and the cakes. The service was welcoming and professional. I really like the atmosphere is very welcoming and inside they have some of their items like cups and plates for sale. We got two personal cakes yet they sell different sizes. The personal cakes were price 5.50each (picture of prices and flavors attached) both were delicious. I will highly recommend this location and I will return.
